This super camper comes with a portable bbq along with a 10x10 canopy and can’t forget the camping chairs to gather around for s'more's around the camp fire. Fresh linens will be provided. Camper has a wall mounted a/c for those hot summer days and an electric fire place for those cool nights. Can’t having camping without a little music which we have covered with an amazing boss bluetooth speaker. We hope to assist you in creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Our 2021 Aspen Trail 26bh has all the great amenities you'll need for a cozy camping vaca! Sleeps 9! It comes with a shiplap fireplace for the chilly nights, cool LED outdoor light bar & Speakers (Bluetooth). This has a slide out for the dining area to maximize space & a tv for rain days. It has a queen bed at one end, a fold down sofa, table folds down into a bed as well, with 2 bunks in the rear as well! Large refrigerator, tons of storage.

The Passport to Vacation, with a queen size bed, 2 bunks and a fold down table can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 Kids) comfortably and up to 8 if you want to sleep 2 per bunk and on the fold down table. The camper is a total of 25' making it Very easy to tow and park. Fresh linens (sheets, towels, pillows & cases) provided on each rental. Also included is fully stocked silverware, plates/bowls, cups, cutting boards. Outdoor cooking area has 2 propane burners as well as a small fridge, there is also an outdoor shower that's great for rinsing off after the beach or a day of play. Electric awning and electric tongue jack for convince. RV toilet paper is provided.

• Dump fee must be added if you have no access to a dump site. If the camper is returned with the tanks full, the fee will be removed from the security deposit.
• Pets- We also have pets and understand things happen, If excessive damage is found due to pets this will be removed from the security deposit.
• Fresh water tank fill, We will provide about 1/4 tank of water in the tank. (emergency bathroom stops happen on the road!) If a full tank is required you must add the addition fee
• A full tank of gas is provided in the generator, please return full. If not the price of the fuel will be removed from the security deposit.
• Smoking is not permitted in the camper. Security deposit will not be returned if anyone smokes in the camper.
• This camper requires a 30 Amp hook up to function properly.
• This camper requires a 2 5/16th ball hitch, if you do not have one you must add the option. If you arrive with the incorrect hitch we can always add the anti sway and adjust it for your vehicle.

Passport to Vacation

After all trips the camper is cleaned and sanitized. All linens removed & cleaned, we utilize a steamer and sanitizing cleaners on all surfaces. A/C and Heat filters are cleaned or replaced as needed.

Trailer Rules: 
- Pick-up and drop-off anytime between 9am and 4pm at storage location 
- Valid drivers license is required 
- No smoking 
- Must be at least 25 years old to book 
- Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact 
- Please report any missing items, connections, or damages to trailer Prior departing (anything reported after departure will be the responsibility of the guest)
- Please leave the Trailer the way you found it   
- Please return the trailer water/ sewer tanks Empty (additional charges for tanks returned not empty)

Check-IN Instructions: 
- This trailer is provided with combo lock for access
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately    
- Photograph the exterior and interior of trailer and provide photos to host

Check-OUT Instructions: 
- Check out before 4:00 PM 
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the Trailer by doing the following: 
- Remove all perishable items 
- Take the trash with you  
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances 
- Close and lock all windows and doors 
- Photograph the exterior and interior of trailer and provide photos to host
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it  

Trailer Return:
- Guests will need to return Trailer by 4:00PM on the last day of rental 


*By taking the trailer without signing the Outdoorsy Departure Form, renter accepts full responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, or fire. Renter waives claims about trailer condition, agrees to indemnify owner, and cover attorney fees if legal action is needed. These terms override any conflicting Outdoorsy policies and govern this rental.

Mileage 
All motorhomes receive 100 miles/day free. Additional miles are figured as shown in the follow example. A 10-day trip gets 1000 free miles, the next 1000 miles are billed at $.39/mile, the next 1000 billed at $.79 and the next 1000 at $1.25

Security Deposit:
For all rentals, a $1500 security deposit is required & will be authorized to your credit card 1-3 days prior to your scheduled leaving date. Security deposits will be released within 14 days of the return date, billing the card for adjustments such as, but not limited to damage, gasoline, mileage and generator use. This deposit is collected directly by RV rental company, not by Outdoorsy.

Beautiful like new Sport Trek 3 slide trailer with bunk house. Outdoor kitchen and entertainment system. Plenty of room for the entire family. Two fireplaces, two tvs, 1&1/2 baths. I am no longer allowing renters to pick up the camper on there own due to damage to my camper. I will gladly deliver and set up, and also break down and pick up the camper.

Delivery is only available now. Renters must bring their own sheets, pillows and towels.pots and pans are supplied. delivery  and set up can be arranged at an additional charge.
