Perfect, like-new 2022 pop-up used only a few times. Spacious and airy, feels like a huge screen porch when all the panels are unzipped. Keeps perfectly warm & dry, even in storms. Easy hook-up, towing, and set-up. Camper has solar panel and battery, providing power even when hook-ups are not available.  Rental comes with full propane tank (no need to refill), 3-way fridge, gas/electric furnace, sink and water storage/hook-ups, and nice awning.  Comfortable for our family of 6 + pet. Extremely comfortable King size pull-out bed on one side, queen on the other, + (almost) full size dinette convertible. Beds are heated, when electric hook-ups are available. Chairs, pots, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, battery operated flashlights/lanterns, and everything else you may need is provided, just bring your own sheets and blankets.  Bike rack on rear provides space for 2 bikes.  Collapsed, camper still provides enough space to slide in a cooler, wood, blankets, etc.  Pets (2) allowed, asking respectfully renter clean up after their pet's stay, and understanding they may be responsible for any excessive scratches, damage to screens, etc.  A 15' cable + corkscrew stake is provided in the camper for your pup!  Owner will provide a thorough cleaning upon each return, and only asks you return the camper they way you would want it returned to you. Pop-ups are great fun, can accommodate large families, and are incredibly easy to tow and travel with. However, they do not provide all of the conveniences of larger RVs, including a lack of a bathroom. You may wish to consider availability of bathrooms at your intended campground, or purchasing your own porta-potty. If you ever wondered if a pop-up might be a good option for your family, this is a great unit to try out and see.  Owner will provide thorough instructions on set-up and towing and provide hitch if needed.  Delivery & pickup is also available to area campgrounds, including Shenandoah NP, with confirmed reservations.

All the basic gear needed to camp:  Camping chairs, flashlights, pots/pans, dishes, cups, outdoor cookware, basic gear, matches, first aid kit, extra heater, bottles gas, etc. Bring your own sheets/blankets.  Cooler available if needed.

Bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows and linens. These are not provided.

Perfect entry level model for couples and small families (we even encourage bringing your fur family). All your basic necessities come with this camper two full beds (bench seats make a third if needed), stove, sink, heater and oscillating fans for cooling. The pop-up works great at any camping spot that offers hook-ups (water and power) but can also meet the need for those looking to get away completely as I offer a small portable generator free of charge. This model does not come with sewage or running water but is outfitted with a small pump for the sink. 

We loved using our little pop up and even lived out of this camper for 2 months while we took a summer vacation cross county.

Experience pulling something this large is a Must when on roads with high speeds or tight turns. We will provide weight distribution bars to help vehicles with load transfer, however, certain vehicles may not be suitable for pulling. In this case, Delivery/Pickup is your best option. A 7-Pin Trailer Plug Connection and Electric Brake Controller, are a must for pulling something this heavy. THE Renter Must Have ALL. Delivery/Pickup is available. ***

*** Please keep in mind with current fuel prices delivery fees may seem expensive but are necessary. Delivery prices are $200 for 0-30 Miles and $300 for 31-60 Miles. Basic Info:

You will be provided with all basic kitchen utensils and needed items to prepare food. Also included are any items needed to maintain the trailer I.E. Jacks, Wheel Chocks, sewer hoses water hoses, ETC…. We ask that you provide your OWN linens, pillows, and towels for peace of mind that they have been cleaned properly. We ask that you ensure your destination can accommodate the 34-foot length of the trailer and provide an electrical hookup with a minimum rating of 30 Amps. Not all campgrounds provide water or sewer at the site so keep that in mind. We ask that you bring fresh potable water to cook with and drink. Please DO NOT consume the water from the holding tanks. If you have a city water hookup a filter will be provided however again I DO NOT recommend consuming the water. I use it for the shower, toilet and to wash dishes at most. 

Recommendations: 

We enjoy local camping in areas such as Caledonia State Park and places as far away as Raystown Lake (PA). We are conveniently located less than 15 miles (20 Mins) from the Gettysburg National Military Park/Battlefield and only 12 Miles from the Gettysburg KOA Campground. We will provide delivery service for the fee on the listing if you cannot tow the trailer. Reserving a spot at any Campground is the sole responsibility of the "Renter". Please make sure that there is enough space to park a 34-foot-long Travel Trailer and a minimum of a 30 AMP Electric Hookup, Sewer and water connections are not mandatory but very nice to have.

Other Things:

We do not mind well-manned pets being left in the trailer during the day it does have proper AC and Heat to keep them comfortable. However, we do ask if they have any issues with being left alone please create them in the trailer. If they do have accidents, please do your best to let us know Asap when you return the trailer so we can get it deep cleaned. Please NO Smoking OR Vaping OF ANY Kind IN THE Trailer. ANY Smell OF Cigarettes OR Anything Else Smoked IN THE Trailer Will Result IN THE Forfeiture OF Your Deposit TO Have THE Entire Trailer Professionally Cleaned. Please BE Respectful OF Others Property.
