Let our 2019 Forest River Vibe 33BH be your family's home away from home! This spacious travel trailer has sleeping for seven with a RV queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 bunks in the spacious 2 slide out bunk house, convertible dinnette and sleeper loveseat in the large main cabin. 

The Vibe has a fully equipped kitchen on the inside. Two air conditioners and a furnace keep the inside comfortable. There are two TV's and a stereo to enjoy. A full bath completes the interior.

The cooking can continue on the outside with an induction cooktop, mini fridge and sink! The 18ft awning provides shade and protection from those summer showers! Speaking of showers, there is an outdoor one as well. There are speakers and a TV cable outlet for outdoor entertainment.

This is a pet friendly RV. 

Overall length is 38', cabin length is 33'

One tank of propane is provided. Any additional is the responsibility of the renter.

We have a generator for use. There is a fee of $100 and no fuel is provided.

Delivery and pickup only! No trailering by renter.

We want your vacation to be worry free, so we provide all linen, towels, toiletries, cookware, flatware, cups and dishes. We also provide all necessary hook up equipment (hoses, cords, etc).

Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed.
No festival usage.
Pets are welcome.

We will be glad to deliver and setup within 50 miles of our location. Or, we will schedule a pickup and drop off time!

Our location in East Tennessee is convenient  
to all that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer. There are several fantastic Campgrounds and RV resorts to choose from. Explore Gatlinburg, Dollywood, mountain coasters, river rafting/tubing, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and much more!

The Jay Flight SLX 264BHW travel trailer by Jayco is perfect for a weekend getaway. With rear double bunk beds, you can easily bring along a few guests and your Pets!

As you enter the travel trailer, to the left, there is a dinette. Across from the dinette, you will see a refrigerator, a three-burner range, a microwave, and a double kitchen sink. There is also a nice sofa in the main living area.

In the front bedroom, you will find a queen bed with wardrobes on either side of the bed and a shelf above the bed.

As you proceed toward the rear of the trailer, you will find a set of double bunk beds in the left corner of the travel trailer. With the double bunks, you can sleep four people in this area!

The bathroom is located in the right rear corner of the trailer. In the bathroom, there is a tub/shower and a toilet. Just outside of the bathroom area, there is a sink with a mirror.

You will find plenty of overhead cabinets throughout the trailer as well as exterior storage, and much more!


Burning Man Festival:
The unique desert environment and the resulting playa dust make Burning Man an outlier, not covered by Outdoorsy's standard insurance. 
Any festival that has similar conditions to Burning Man (e.g., extreme dust, high risk of damage) could also be prohibited.

This is a fun and easy to pull trailer. Small enough to fit in most places but very big and roomy inside. Also has a outside kitchen set up and a camping stove. Also has a large mat for the entry and also a propane fire pit in case you need one.

We have all linens and a ton of blankets for the beds. Fresh towels, wash cloths for the bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with most of all your utensils, pots and pans, a small coffee makes and plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. There are a ton of board games stored in the camper. There is a couple of of chairs and a small outside table. A camp chef stove and a bbq along with a propane fire pit. So basically bring food drinks and whatever you need for comfort and the trailer should have the rest.

This is a 30amp 120v trailer. Please check your site prior to plugging in for electrical.

You will feel right at home in our brand new 2021 Forest River Salem FSX Platinum 178bhskx! The camper is loaded with everything you'll need to make camping a breeze.  
You'll just need to bring your personal items, clothes and food...and you're ready to start your adventure in the Smokies! 
There is a queen sized bed with a super comfy mattress topper in the front and 2 double bunks in the back. It is perfect for families with 2-3 kiddos! The slide out wrap around dinette also makes into a full sized bed if extra space is needed. The kitchen includes a 2 burner stove top, microwave, Keurig, a farmhouse sink and all your kitchen essentials! The bathroom has a full shower with shelves for your things, a sink with plenty of storage and of course a toilet. There are also plenty of plug ins and usb ports.
The outdoor kitchen with flat top grill, camping stove and refrigerator is great to use, especially if beautiful outside.
There is a 12 foot power awning to provide plenty of shade during the day and outdoor LED lights for a nice glow at night.
The outside shower has hot and cold water and is very useful to hose off after a long day of adventures. 

The camper is very easy to tow and very light at less that 4000lbs. You will need a Full Size Truck or SUV with a brake controller, 2" receiver and a 7 blade plug in connector to tow the camper. 
We do offer delivery if you want the camper to be set up when you arrive. We take care of all the set up and take down with the delivery fee add on. If you choose to have us deliver be sure to book a full hookup (electric, water and sewer) so the camper can stay stationary during your stay. The camper needs a 30 amp RV outlet to run all it's systems. We do have a 110 adapter that can be used to plug into a standard household outlet but it will not be able to run the A/C.

We strive to keep the rules simple: We just would like to have people treat our camper as if it were their own, and leave it the way you found it.

The Bunks have a max weight of 220lbs.

The camper must be returned the way you got it, cleaned inside and out with the tanks empty and a full propane tank. If it is returned not clean, the propane not full and/or tanks not emptied, there will be a minimum fee of $150 taken from the deposit.

Dogs are welcome with approval - as long as 
they are potty trained, do not chew furniture, are crated or not left alone in the camper and overall well behaved. We also prefer that they do not sleep in the beds (to help with future guests that have allergies). We also require that you get the interior add on insurance as a way to protected our camper.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the camper, this includes vaping, cigarettes, cigars or illegal substances. If found that this has been violated the entire deposit is forfeited.

All festivals must be approved.

In order to secure the rental and protect our camper, it is required that all renters sign our supplemental renters agreement. We will send it for you to review before you sign it when we meet at pick up/ set up.

Campground Only, We will provide the camper to your site and set it up before your arrival, we will also pick it up upon your departure. Rent with a two-night minimum. There is a flat fee of 150$ for delivery. Pick up and set within 50 miles ! If it over 50 miles please still reach out we will consider based on availability for an $3 a mile!
