Easy to drive, very clean, like new.  Excellent condition. (Gas not diesel)
F-450 engine with plenty of power. Back up  camera. Queen bed in back room. Sleep area above the cab with access made easier with ladder. Couch folds into a bed.  Kitchen table drops down into a bed. Shower inside and out. Plenty of storage space inside and out.  2 slides that will expand living room and kitchen area and the back bedroom area giving plenty of space. Very comfortable. Gas stove, gas oven, microwave. Plenty of lighting and a pop up television. 

Queen bed has bedding. Any other bedding you will need to supply. I will supply toilet paper. 

2017 Coachmen Leprechaun

Travel in comfort with our 32 foot home on wheels. This RV  has a  super comfortable memory foam queen bed in the master bedroom that is private with a large slide out in the back of the rig.  Living /Dining area has a large slide out with dining table that converts to a bed and sofa that also converts to a bed. The bunk is a page King size area with television that swings out and a dvd player and Roku attached for enjoying movies when internet is available.  The rig comes with a grill that attaches to the RV for gas hookup on the exterior.  And 
1 folding table You will enjoy many wonderful family memories traveling in our RV. We have an external generator to plug into for dry camping or you can plug into RV park for power.

No pets on furniture, no off roading, no crossing US border,

My family and I love going to ruidoso and to elephant butte. We take kids up there for weekend getaways. This year we actually went and took our Rig to the lake very beautiful view and relaxing.

2022 Jay Flight SLX by Jayco Model 174BH Travel Trailer. This is yet Another Outstanding Jayco travel trailer!! Very Clean, It sleeps 5, is Extremely Lightweight, and has great options!! Let me give you a quick tour!! In the front of the unit you will find a queen bed. Centrally located are the living and kitchen areas that includes a booth dinette as well as the kitchen appliances. Next you will discover 2 side bunks for the guests. In the rear of the unit is the bathroom that has a full tub and shower!! Options and equipment for this unit include a/c, refrigerator, range top, microwave, am/fm/Bluetooth stereo, surround sound speakers(indoor/outdoor), power awning with LED light strip, spare tire and carrier, front exterior storage and More!! WE Want Your Business Folks!! 

Inside at the front of the trailer is a very comfortable queen size bed  with fresh linens and comforter. The kitchen has a dinette with all of the essentials as photographed, pots, pans, cups, utensils, coffee pot, etc. In the kitchen is a small refrigerator for the perishable items, a freezer, a single compartment sink with a hi rise faucet, 2 burner cooktop with hood, a microwave and pantry for storage. The rear of the trailer holds the bathroom with a toilet, shower, small tub, toilet paper, toiletries, and hand towels included. Across from the bathroom are bunk beds with sheets, comforter and pillows.

Two Outdoor Chairs, Outdoor Mat, Jenga, and Monopoly games are included.

The Jay Flight 174BH also has a rooftop air conditioner, furnace, water pump, water heater, LP detector, Smoke detector, Solar Powered Panel and Bluetooth stereo.

The exterior has fiberglass sidewalls, stabilizer jacks, electric brakes, a 20# LP Tank, 10' Power Awning w/ led lights, TV Antenna, Backup Camera Connection for prewired vehicles, spare tire and storage.


We take pride in providing a clean and sanitized RV with all working amenities, so we ask our renters to please take good care of the trailer and all its amenities. There will be a $50 cleaning and sanitizing fee with every rental.
