We have added a lot of amenities for ease such as magnets on upward opening cabinets so that you can set them open while using the cabinet and they stay open, paper towel holder tensioner so that it doesn't unravel, velcro window covers for extra privacy and light pollution cancellation, etc.

The faux surface leather on the couch and kitchen seats has recently delaminated but everything still works fine.  This is partly why our rental pricing is often 50% that of other similar RVs.  This allows you to save some money but still get a reliable rental.

All Class C motorhomes that are 33' long are relatively bouncy (especially in back).  If you experience this, it is not due to faulty shocks but normal.

You'll have fresh linens (bedroom and bathroom), basic kitchen necessities, camping chairs and backup tool set with this rental.  The bathroom is stocked with towels and washcloths.  If you want something beyond the basics, like a crock pot, you may want to bring that.  We have a coffee maker.  Bring your favorite coffee and whatever you take with your coffee.

-Do not climb on the roof or the step on the rear ladder at any time.
-Do not use the awning unless you have specific permission.  Awnings break easily and are a minimum of $4,000 to repair even simple issues.

Preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.  Linens will be washed and replaced, soap and shampoos recharged, appropriate fluids refilled, waste sumps emptied and maintenance performed.

This is a nice clean camper. It sleeps 10 but I would suggest keeping it to six adults to be comfortable. It has a outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and refrigerator and small sink.

The kitchen is well stocked coffee maker Pots and pans and etc. bedding provided for the queen size bed sleep number bed in the master. We ask that you bring your own bedding for the other hide a beds and bunks.But we are flexible and will try to accommodate your needs. There’s five towels and five washcloths included if you need to use them.

The main living and kitchen area offers a slide out with a booth dinette and sofa that provide sleeping space if needed, and there is also extra floor space from the slide out for everyone to mingle. The cook will love the L-shaped kitchen to make meals, and the full bathroom will keep everyone refreshed for what is next on the activity list. From the rear private bunkhouse with a booth dinette and triple bunk beds to your own private bedroom with a residential walk-around queen bed, it will be easy to sleep in late each morning. All linens, sleeping bags, pillows, towels, paper products, cooking utensils, pots, pans, trash bags and more are all included! Enjoy your coffee in the morning with included Keurig machine and watch the sunrise on the included outdoor mat and camping chairs. There is also an outdoor fridge to make the outdoor enjoyment much more convenient.

Renters must take out all trash upon leaving, clean and dry any used dishes and cookware, and any used towels or linens may be left in a pile on the couch. 

We are close to many lakes and many of our renters use the camper for Family reunions, tailgating at Baylor games, motocross events, and horse shows/barrel races at the Extraco Event center. We will deliver and setup everything within 100 miles, just check the delivery rates.

A clean and well stocked  rental is top priority for us( most cleaning is done with vinegar due to many customer allergies  and such) 50 Amp hookup needed to run both A/C s or ask us about adapters for 120 plug in  if only 1  ac is  needed.
Genorator  is a one time extra charge  ( varies for amount of days needed, you provide gas) please ask for any more I fo needed! Look forward  to meeting you!

We only offer Delivery at this time. Our unit sleeps 8 people, there is a bunk house that has a single bathroom, a couch that pulls out, and a dining room table that folds for additional sleeping space. There is a private room with a queen bed, the room also has charging ports and universal phone chargers at bedside. Private room is Cpap ready. The full-size bathroom has a stand up shower, we provide RV friendly toilet paper, and two towels. The bunk house and private room come with linen. Our kitchen has a single serve Keurig maker and essential cookware, as well as a manual can opener and knives with a cutting board. There is 3 TVs in our unit, and a Bluetooth stereo system that has zones inside and outside the unit. Outside there is a mini kitchen that includes a griddle and mini fridge. We provide 4 fold up chairs, that are stored in the storage compartment.

Our unit uses propane for indoor and outdoor kitchen, there is an additional charge to refill propane tanks. Our unit is a 50 amp setup but we also provide a 30amp converter. We ask when you leave our unit please take all trash out and clean up. If anything breaks please just let us know so it can be fixed. We not only rent this unit out but we use it to make memories with our family as well.
