Family friendly camper with everything you need for a fun trip! Very light weight and less than 2500lbs with a full tank of water and camping gear! Being a pop-up it will not kill your gas mileage like other big box campers do and it easy to pull for beginners with almost any truck or SUV.

1 king bed, 1 large full bed and a dinette that can sleep two kids or one smaller adult. Kitchen has a 2 burner stove, sink, refrigerator and a microwave.

Versatile 60"x77" front cargo deck. Great for throwing the corn hole boards, chairs or bikes on! The rails turn into ramps if you'd like to load your ATV or dirt bikes as well! Can hold 2000lbs on the deck.

Has an indoor and an outdoor shower with a water heater and holds 23 gallons of fresh water. Also has a toilet.

Can be setup by 1 person and if you have 2 people it can be done in 10 minutes! I'll run you through everything prior to leaving and answer any questions you have. Feel free to call anytime while on your trip if you have questions.

1) No smoking of any kind inside the camper. Smoke sticks to the canvas and is extremely hard to get out.  Additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if so.  

2) Please wipe down counters and sweep the camper out prior to returning

This RV is in great condition and well maintained. Sleeps 5-7 comfortably with a queen bed, double over double bunk beds, and a dinette that converts to a bed. All beds except dinette include a 3" gel/foam mattress topper. Also has an outdoor kitchen that includes 2-burner range, refrigerator, and counter space (pictured). Very lightweight and you don't have to have a big truck to tow easily. Fully stocked and ready to roll!

This off-road camper is ready to call itself basecamp on your next outdoor adventure! Rugged and capable off-road but engineered to keep weight down, this camper is ready to be towed anywhere with almost anything. Perfectly blend comfort with your connection to the outdoors by providing enough creature comforts to keep everyone (yes, even the one who hates tents) happy but not having to use a rigid, rolling hotel room that sucks all the nature out of nature.

Our family loves the outdoors and with the addition of our little one, we felt having something a bit more substantial than a tent for our travels would be nice, but a regular RV wasn't what we had in mind. We just didn't want to be tied down to asphalt and RV parks all the time. Enter our Opus OP4. 

Set up is easy and fun! Open the trailer and with the press of a button the trailer inflates! I've never seen anything else like it!

Use this camper to get away from it all, but miss nothing. Wake up to sunrises and watch the sun set with nobody else around. Make breakfast on the four-burner stovetop, crack open a cold drink from the fridge, and sleep comfortably in a climate-controlled space on an actual mattress.

This next part really matters to us, we want you to enjoy yourself!

Why pick this camper?
- You want to actually go off-road and tow to places others campers don't allow you to.
- You want a more direct connection to nature than sleeping in a box will give you.
- You have a mid-size truck or other towing vehicle with a low towing capacity but need/want something bigger than a teardrop trailer. 
- A towable allows you to set up and not have to tear down camp every time you want to use your vehicle like roof-top tents and normal RVs. This gives you the freedom to unhook and do some off-roading, see the sights, or head into town. 
- It is so easy to tow when packed up, we get roughly 12mpg when towing with our 2015 Frontier PRO-4X. It's got electric brakes as well as the coolest tow hitch you've ever seen.

Why should you NOT pick this camper?
- If you are wanting to just use luxury RV parks with full hook-ups and concrete pads, there are better options than this, it's just not what it was designed for. Although it is super cool and tows well, so what do I know.
- If you Need an indoor bathroom in your camper, you'll have to look elsewhere. Most places have bathroom and shower facilities within a reasonable distance. We can provide alternative solutions as well.
- This camper does have air-conditioning, but in the heat of Texas summer, it will struggle to keep up during the day. If renting in the summer, our recommendation is to head someplace cooler like Colorado and save the Texas destinations for colder months. We have plenty of recommendations we can help with!
- If the idea of doing any work to set up camp bums you out.
- You hate fun.

Comes with Queen  & 2 Full Bunk beds.Full bath w/shower. w/1/2 tub sufficient for small children. 
. Stove and Oven. Full-size refrigerator/freezer,  TV/ Radio. Camping chairs & small grill & outdoors rug  for lounging outside w/camping lights, 2 Propane tanks.
Generator available, fee for usage.

Power Generator & battery for electricity, waste disposal. Camping chairs, water and waste set up, coffee pot, griddle, toaster, , fresh linens, towels & pillows provided.

Campers are required to make sure site is clean and free of any debris inside and outside of camper during and upon leaving. Smoking outside of RV.  No WiFi.Must have ‘Hot Spot’. TV provided. 
Black & Grey water tanks should be emptied at 3/4 full recommended. Periodically check tank gauge on panel on wall  over bathroom sink for levels. Be cautious not to spray Clorox Bleach  or other intense house deodorizers as it may set off alarm. RV  Overview video  for instructions available.
