Our class C Motorhome is easy to drive, set up, and is suitable for all campgrounds/State Parks. This user friendly RV is the perfect rig to bring your family together on a RV-cation. 

Our RV features all of the amenities one would want for glamping and RV traveling, including a dinette, sofa, queen size bed/bedroom, queen bunk, separate bathroom, flat screen TV with DVD player (plenty of DVD's included), beautiful kitchen with a stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. There is ample storage + usb outlets throughout. A generator and solar panels to manage all the amenities. Easy controls to manage the AC unit, automatic leveling, awning with led lights and the two slides. The two slides create a larger living area, and back bedroom. (See photos) 

Please plan for a 30-45 min orientation prior to departure. Pick up time can be scheduled for anytime day of. Normal return time is 3:00 pm on the day of return. Later returns may be arranged, depending upon availability and will be charged $50. All vehicles not returned by the agreed time will be charged additional days until returned or reported as stolen.

We will include a user friendly manual with all the information we go over during orientation.

-You don't have to worry about filling the propane tank upon return, or even dumping the tanks. (We can dump the tanks for you at an additional cost)

We allow pets, we love pets! Due to past renters returning the rig covered in pet hair, we do not allow pets on the furniture. (Including the front seats) We provide covers for the couch and dinette to prevent damage. If there is excessive pet hair throughout the rig, we will charge an excessive pet cleaning fee.

We love Fredericksburg for seasonal fresh fruit and vineyards. The German heritage offers unique shopping and dining, especially around Christmas. The National Museum of the Pacific War is AMAZING !!! Not too far away is beautiful Enchanted Rock.
Inks Lake State Park has LOTS of space, lots of swimming areas, and playgrounds for the little ones, and possibly the best state park store in Texas. Longhorn Cavern is a wonderful day trip, especially in the heat of summer. If you enjoy golf, try Lockhart State Park. See [URL removed].
