Camper comes fully stocked with linens such as sheets, pillows, towels, and washcloths. We ask that you bring your own blankets due to having quick turnaround times. Kitchen is stocked with pots&pans, a strainer, utensils, cutting boards, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster. We do have coffee pods with creamer and seasonings stocked. We do not have WiFi but do have smart TVs so you are more then welcome to bring a starlink or hotspot and run it off of that if you choose to do so.

Roof top A/C. 42 inch Roku flat screen TV and 32 inch Roku TV in bedroom. Blue Tooth radio with inside and outside speakers. Lots of extra storage space available. Medium size refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, cookware. Silverware and some cooking utensils available. Bathroom with sink, toilet and stand up shower. Livingroom slide out. Electric awning, small outdoor cooking area with small fridge and gas griddle. Electric stabilizer and electric jack.

Refunds. Renters are entitled to a full refund, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start are non-refundable. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given.
