It is stocked with everything you should need for your adventure. Included: sheets, comforters/blankets, pots and pans, plates and cups, silverware, a coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot, cutting board, kitchen utensils, broom and cleaning supplies, and much more! 

Pets are welcome, but please keep secured when unaccompanied. No smoking/vaping inside. Please clean up before returning .

Bunkhouse is private with sliding door. Inside the bunkhouse you'll find a couch that converts to a queen and two top folding bunks. There is a mounted smart TV in the private bunk! Kitchen has oversized fridge, storage, microwave, and Oven! The private bathroom, located in the hall is equipped with a large glass standup shower. Master bedroom has separate door leading to a spacious room with a versatile king bed! Lay it flat when time to rest, or upright when relaxing at the end of the day! RV has oversized windows throughout-giving the desired light and openess, or blackout shades for privacy!

There are 6 beds that sleep 9 comfortably with a Queen Memory Foam mattress in the Master Bedroom with solid sliding door, a queen-size in the drop-down bunk over the driver’s seat, the kitchen dinette converts to a full size bed, 2 bunk beds and jack-knife sofa offer additional sleeping space. Each bed comes with a full set of linens that are included with the rental.

You won’t miss any of your favorite shows with the swiveling 40” SmartTV in the over-head bunk/living room or the 32” SmartTV in the Master Bedroom. Each TV is loaded with Netflix, YouTube TV and numerous other streaming services. You can also enjoy your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth/Radio with indoor/outdoor speakers. You will find a fully stocked indoor kitchen, including a refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and sink.  The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, plasticware and kitchen utensils. There is a spacious full bath with sliding glass surround shower, along with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. 2022 Trailer, perfect for your next family getaway. I love that this trailer has a murphy bed in the front. It allows me to put away the messy bed each morning, and relax on the couch during the day. There is a large U-shaped dinette turns into a large bed for 2. The bunks in this trailer are also large enough for adults or for kids to share. USB ports can be found throughout the trailer. We keep the camper stocked with the essentials.
Small coffee maker with coffee provided , 2 mugs, large plastic drinking cups, Dish soap, Cleaning items, Bath Towels, Wash Cloths (For 5), Dish Towels. Include: mattress, plastic dishes, plastic utensils, cookware. Bring your own linen and pillows. Also have 2 camping chairs and outdoor rug and beach umbrella. We will go over everything with you so that you have a working knowledge of the trailer, and we will be available by phone to answer any questions that you may have on your journey.

We will happily deliver to Village Creek State Park, Sea Rim state park, Crystal Beach Bolivar Peninsula , Lake Livingston State Park, Martin Dies, Jr. State Park and Sam Houston Jones State Park for an additional fee. Outside of this please ask about delivery. We will accommodate where we can. If you choose to have the camper delivered, we will set it up for no additional cost. In general if you work with us, we will work with you! We highly recommend our guests to take the camper to any local state park for an enjoyable experience in nature. The parks I listed above are just examples and You don't have to go far to have a great time.
Please treat this travel trailer with respect. Return it in the same condition and state of cleanliness as you received it. Please keep in mind that We are not perfect, you are not perfect and travel trailers themselves are not perfect. Accidents happen, things break, stuff happens. We promise to work with you to remedy any situation that may arise as long as you promise to be up front with us.
