2021 Platinum Wildwood FSX Forest River Travel Trailer. Pet Friendly! This Travel Trailer is under 4000lb so most tucks and SUV can tow this trailer. Even though this is a lighter camper it still has plenty of space with the slide out. The bunks are double bunks so plenty of space for one adult or even 2 kids in each bunk.  We include all the basic and set up equipment you need for your relaxing vacation. You will need a trailer brake but we can provide the weight distribution hitch. This travel trailer also comes equipped with Ac, water heater, furnace, microwave outdoor shower, indoor shower, and fridges. We do have a generator available to dry camp for  $100 per trip.

Furry friends are Welcome no Felines or Rodents. Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little friend.

Tow Vehicle must have: 2" Hitch Receiver, 7 Pin Connector and Brake Control.

Owner will provide information on operation of travel trailer at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of travel trailer systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. 

No Smoking is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages. 

Please leave Trailer the way it was when rented. Please have floor swept, counters wiped down, dishes washed and put up, and all personal items removed.

Please dump and rinse gray/black tanks before returning.

This Rv is great for camping on the beach or Checking out some of the local camping areas like River Run and Tyler State Park.

50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental. No refund within 30 days of rental. Additionally, no refunds will be given for cancellations of reservations during a holiday and event weeks for early check-outs or no-shows. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption that occurs due to inclement weather.  We do not give refunds for early returns.

2023 Keystone Hideout

Ponderosa is the perfect RV for your next camping getaway! This beautifully decorated RV is perfect for a couple or a small family! It has all the modern conveniences to make your trip comfy and easy. Don’t want to pack up the whole house? Not a problem! All linens, towels, cookware, table settings, coffee maker and more are included free of charge.

The primary bedroom completely closes off behind a latched door to offer privacy. You’ll sleep comfortably on the foam mattress topper. The full size couch folds out to the size of a queen bed for two and the dinette will convert to a small full size bed. The bathroom includes a roomy corner shower to wash off the day of outdoor activities.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a three burner stove top, oven, an over-sized kitchen sink, microwave, toaster and all the cookware you might need including a coffee pot, coffee and filters. We include salt, pepper and cooking oil as well.

Ponderosa has two TVs equipped with a Fire Stick that you can hookup to your hotspot or to the campground’s Wifi, if available. The TVs also have cable connections if your campsite supports local cable.

Ponderosa welcomes all friendly, well-trained dogs with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. No other animals are allowed.

Perfect RV for couples that want to get away.  Not to big and not to small,  we leave the dinette folded down to make more of a lounger for watching tv.  Can also sleep 2 adults pretty comfortably.  We have traveled all over Texas Oklahoma New Mexico Arizona and Colorado since we bought it.  We have really enjoyed  it and I am sure you will too.

Linens, barbecue grill, utensils, napkins, & paper plates.  All you need is to pack is food and enjoy.  Will also have 2 chairs available upon request

The only thing we ask is no smoking inside please. If you have questions just get in touch with me and I’ll help you out.  Pets are always welcome. 

We have taken this all over Texas and Oklahoma. Last year we took it on a 3 week trip to New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Colorado.  Had 0 issues and just recently had the tires inspected at a tire shop.
