Our RV is a 2022 Sunset Trail 299QB travel trailer. It features all the modern day amenities to make your camping trip the most memorable experience possible. This rig is equipped with enough beds for the entire family, three burner cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dual AC units, full bath with shower, large pantry, and backup camera. Outdoor features include an outdoor kitchen, powered awning, electric tongue jack, and electric stabilizers. Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed for Mom & Dad and three bunks for the kids with a couch that folds flat in the bunk house. The bunk house has a side door to make it easier to load/unload larger items such as bikes or scooters. 

This travel trailer is 34 feet long hitch to bumper. The dry weight is 6500lbs and the Gvwr is 9650lbs. Most modern 1500 trucks will be able to tow our RV, but payload might be an issue. We tow our RV with a Ram 3500. We will include our weight distribution hitch to make hitching simple.

We replaced the king size bed with a Brooklyn Bedding RV mattress to make your stay more comfortable. We have provided fresh linens for you to use. Folding chairs, camp site rug/floor mat, and all required equipment for operation/setup at your campsite. 

While we have been to many locations, we recommend State Parks as they are typically the cheapest to stay at. Tyler State Park is one of our nearby favorites and Beavers Bend State Park in Oklahoma is our all time favorite place so far! When booking any site, be sure it includes full hookups, specifically sewer. As a family of five, the gray tank fills completely during shower time.

Great layout. Both bedrooms have sliding doors for privacy. Can enter and exit through bathroom - When playing outside, kids don't have to run through RV to go to bathroom. Table has plenty of room for everyone and makes into a bed if needed. Couch can be made into bed as well!

Outdoor Kitchen - Covered. Can use in any weather. Or prefer to cook inside? Full kitchen, including microwave.

Pets are welcome if they are potty trained and well behaved. There is an additional pet fee.

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, basic spices.  Cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels are also included.

Renter must be present on trip.  Cannot rent for someone else.

Even though this is a lighter camper it still has plenty of space with the slide out. The bunks are double bunks so plenty of space for one adult or even 2 kids in each bunk.  We include all the basic and set up equipment you need for your relaxing vacation. You will need a trailer brake but we can provide the weight distribution hitch. This travel trailer also comes equipped with Ac, water heater, furnace, microwave outdoor shower, indoor shower, and fridges. We do have a generator available to dry camp for  $100 per trip.

Furry friends are Welcome no Felines or Rodents. Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little friend.

Tow Vehicle must have: 2" Hitch Receiver, 7 Pin Connector and Brake Control.

Owner will provide information on operation of travel trailer at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of travel trailer systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. 

No Smoking is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages. 

Please leave Trailer the way it was when rented. Please have floor swept, counters wiped down, dishes washed and put up, and all personal items removed.

Please dump and rinse gray/black tanks before returning.

This Rv is great for camping on the beach or Checking out some of the local camping areas like River Run and Tyler State Park.
