Heater and air conditioner work great!!!  This is a very fun way to camp. 5000 lb towing capacity required.  This rental requires that you  make sure your vehicle can handle the capacity. I've had renters show up that don't have adequate towing, which creates problems.  Hitch uses a 2 5/16" ball. We are happy to have you come check it prior to renting if you want.

Please return camper clean.  All grey and black waste water needs eliminated and fully cleaned. If you use the toilet, please know it needs to be fully disinfected upon return, or there will be a 200.00 charge. Luxury Adventure Van: Completely Renovated Off-Grid Sanctuary

Autumn Ridge is a 2022 trailer with full slide out.  Comfortably sleeps 8 but can fit 10 if you have little ones.  All weather package, so it is comfortable all year long.  Queen sized bed with privacy doors, along with bunk beds on the other end of the trailer.  Large kitchen area and countertop for food prep.  The stove and microwave are great, but the included grill is our favorite to cook on.

Lots of storage space underneath.  Outlets and/or USB ports by every bed.  To use microwave or 120 volt outlets, it must be connected to a power supply.  Bluetooth speakers inside and outside.  There is an outdoor shower, along with a kitchen prep area outside right next a quick propane hookup.  Empty trailer weight is 5900 pounds.

This trailer is fantastic for family outings, hunting and enjoying the outdoors.

Fresh linens, 6 camping chairs, grill, folding table (great for food prep outside) , some family friendly board and card games, cookware, plates and utensils.  Delivery, setup and pickup within a 200 mile radius can be added for a fee.

Utah is packed with many camping areas, everyone has their own favorite.  Ours is Dead Horse Point in Moab.  In August meteor showers can be seen, truly a site to behold.  Moab has tons of biking and hiking trails along with the world famous jeep trails.  There is no shortage of activities to do there.  Reservations are very strongly recommended all year round.

Another family favorite is Lava Hot Springs.  Tons of hiking trails and...of course, the hot springs to soak the stress away.  Pools range from 102-112 degrees.

2022 Starcraft Autumn Ridge

With room for your entire family, and then some! This comfortable home away from home easily sleeps a mix of up to eight adults, teenagers, and young children. Featuring two slide-outs, you'll easily be able to navigate the clean living and sleeping areas without bumping into each other.

You'll be able to bring everything you need for your adventures by taking advantage of the generous storage both within the RV and in secure compartments outside. Anything that's too large to fit within can be towed with the included hitch and powerful Ford motor.

Unique to this model is a set of twin bunk beds. They easily accommodate a growing teenager or modest adult and incorporate a solid curtain which can isolate the area for changing or simply turning-in before everyone else. When not required for sleeping, the bunk beds convert into a small dinette with a table and seating for two. Although they lack seatbelts, this additional seating can be a welcome relief on long drives or at meal times.

If you're like our family, and tend to make use of electronics or devices while you drive, you'll find them easy to keep charged with the use of an extended power strip connected to an inverter under the passenger seat. This provides a steady source of power from the motorhome's engine while driving. When camped, the onboard generator allows you to power outlets throughout the entire coach in places where connecting to city power isn't an option.

*battery life is currently about 3-4 days, which varies based on battery usage. If you are not camping in a place with an available outlet, then we recommend keeping your trip no more than that.

This one-of-a-kind Sprinter van was built as a hobby project by a luxury home builder. He was waiting on a sale to go through on a multi-million dollar beach house in Hawaii and decided to work on this van to keep him busy.

When you get in the van, you'll immediately notice the quality of materials and thoughtfulness of every detail from the layout that lets you sit, sleep, and eat without having to re-make your bed each day to the easy-to-use outdoor shower, to the evaporative cooler that keeps you cool without having to lose your connection to the outdoors. (Seatbelts for four, so bring a friend!) He built this van to t same standard he maintains for his luxury homes, and just like his homes, it lives somewhere in the realm between being a stylish and comfortable space with everything you could need and being a work of art.

When it comes to the interior, we didn't skimp on anything. We're Airbnb superhosts and we know that a luxury van deserves the luxury bedding, pillows, dishes, silverware, and cutlery. When you're out exploring all day, a comfy bed and a nice meal cooked in our fully-appointed kitchen is just what you'll need!

The swivel chairs for the driver and passenger give you extra space to stretch out during your trip and the queen-sized bed in the back is your perfect place to relax after a long day!

You'll also have your own cassette toilet and wash station in the rear storage area. Combined with the solar panels on the roof and propane heater, you're fully self-contained and off-grid!

Additionally, a Tepui rooftop tent to sleep 2 more (4 total) was added so you don't have to pack in extra camping gear!

SHOULDER SEASON: Once freezing nighttime temperatures hit in the fall and until things warm in the spring the vans won't have running water. A jug of water can still be used in the sink and the drain will still work.
