2022 Jayco Jay Flight

This 21.5 feet travel trailer is perfect for adventures! It had plenty of storage, space for 5 to sleep (we love the bunk beds for kids). Easy to tow and hook up! 

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and a two burner cooktop. The main room has a queen bed, a dinette that folds out to a bed and a bunk bed.. Plenty of cabinets for all your belongings and additional storage under the bed. Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is storage underneath the front of the trailer as well.

Welcome to your self contained, four season cabin-to-go with solar power, and everything you need except the washer and dryer! No power? No problem! With solar power, you can set this camper down anywhere that suits you. Let me take you through: As you walk inside, you will find the spacious bathroom on your left. The shower has a water-saving feature that will recycle the water until it is warm enough to enjoy a nice hot shower under the skylight! Next to the bathroom, you have a sofa bed that will sleep two littlies or one big person. The sofa faces the entertainment center, where you can watch local TV or listen to music from the living area speakers, bedroom speakers, outside speakers, or all the speakers at the same time! Next to the sofa is the dinette, which collapses into a bed to sleep two more littlies or another big person. The free-standing table can also be pulled out and used as a kitchen island, a coffee table, or a picnic table outside. The kitchen has a 3-burner range, oven, microwave, fridge, and double sink. At the end of the unit is a private bedroom with a walk-around RV-Queen size bed and closet. Outside under the awning, you can entertain friends and cook on the gas grill that is included, while listening to your favorite music. Pull the table out from inside and enjoy your hamburgers with friends and family! Need to wash some sand off of you (or Fido!) before going back inside? Use the outdoor shower with hot and cold water to get that perfect temperature water.

You will love this little home away from home, and you can create some lifetime memories with it. Enjoy!

Strict policy: Absolutely no smoking, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or drug use inside the RV. Any evidence or slightest suspicion of this policy being violated will result in tenant forfeiture of their security deposit and being permanently banned from renting the unit in future.

*Use of the air-conditioner, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker can be used when the trailer is connected to shore power or a generator. These items require a high level of amperage which, unfortunately, trailer batteries and solar systems are not equipped to provide. The microwave, air conditioner, and Keurig will not operate unless plugged into shore power or a generator.

Renter is advised to purchase the interior protection option for renting this RV.

Propane tanks will be filled when renters get the keys to the RV. Tanks must be filled when renters return the keys. If tanks aren't filled, we will charge the renter $5.00/gal to refill the tanks, and the total cost will be taken from the renter's security deposit.

Please leave dirty linens and towels on the floor of the RV. We'll take care of them.

Please dump both the black tank and grey tank before returning the keys to the RV. A fee of $100 will be charged and taken from the renter's security deposit if the RV is returned without these tanks being dumped.

Please note: A generator could be included with the rental of this RV at $25 per day. Just ask!

For pick up, we require the tow vehicle to be a 3/4 ton truck minimum, with a tow package and 7-pin connection, and a brake controller. We can loan a bluetooth brake controller if needed at no cost. Just ask!

A perfect song for this adventure through the PNW wonderland would be no other than Mommas and Papas: California Dreaming (Oddly enough). With that said, the goal is for you do to do the minimal. That is, the goal of this 2020 Forest River Salem FSX. On board you will find all of the modern amenities: A/C, Heater, Kitchen w 2 Top Burner, Microwave, Dining Table, Panoramic Windows, Dining Table, and so on. On top of that, unlike others, included in with your rental are all the basic amenities for a cool chill camping trip. This FSX comes packed with 4 folding chair, a first aid kit, lighters, lamps, cooking utensils, two outside tables, a Coleman burner for outside use, pot and pans, and fundamental cooking ingredients (olive oil, salt & pepper). Ay, the philosophy is, this thing is going to be packed with the things I wish my own rentals were provided with without the fees. So pack up and let's go! 

This FXS comes packed with all the camping gear you will need: 4 folding chairs, 2 outside camping tables, a first aid kit, lighters, lamps, cooking utensils (knife set, cutting board, forks, spoons), a Coleman camping two top burner, pot and pans, and fundamental cooking ingredients (olive oil, salt & pepper). 

Although, this FSX's philosophy is to create memories and for you to feel like family, please be respectful and don't ruin it for the future PNW Dreamers...

A/C for those hot days and a furnace/fireplace for the cold nights. Cookware is included along with a coffee pot and toaster. 

Our family has made many great memories while camping and we wanted to share the opportunity with you to experience the great outdoors during the day but enjoy the luxury of our trailer in the evenings. As my kids have grown older I found that we were not using the trailer as much, and it seems a shame to just have it sitting there not being used.
