Enjoy this new, lightweight and easy to tow pop-up camper in excellent, and clean condition for a fun getaway. 

It features one full size bed, and one twin that heat up to keep you toasty warm when it’s cold out. A table with two banquettes seats four when dining inside, and converts into another bed if needed. Linens, comforters, and pillows are available as an add on.

There is a compact refrigerator with a small, (very small), freezer compartment, and a sink that uses a freshwater tank, or that can be hooked up to an outside line. A propane grill with two burners is available for use inside or out. A bus tub, sponges, dish soap dispenser, and silicone drying mat are available for cleaning dishes.

Inside, there is a fully stocked silverware drawer, and another drawer with a small cutting board, kitchen knives, and some extra kitchen items. We'll provide plates, bowls, tumblers, coffee cups, plastic wine glasses, and a set of nesting plastic bowls with lids. Of course, anything you'd like to leave behind is fine if you'd like more room.

Also available, if you like, is a very cute little waffle maker, and a small dehumidifier, (which require the use of the outlets, as do the string lights, so that would mean hooking up to electricity, as the solar panel only provides for the overhead light, heater, water pump and USB outlets, not the regular electrical sockets).

The propane heater warms the tent up immediately and features a thermostat for maintaining an optimal temperature. Air conditioning is also available. 

Relax and cook meals under an expandable awning outside. Camping chairs are available as an add-on. 

For added safety, an Echo Smart RF brake controller which uses Bluetooth and works with your phone’s gyroscope, is available (Download the app to operate.)



The two fold-out mattresses, (one full and one twin) will be  zipped up in freshly cleaned mattress covers. Fresh linens and pillows are available as an add-on.

Camping chairs are also available as an add on. 

We’ll provide a basic poddy set up: a privacy tent, toilet seat and bucket, (and plastic bags and kitty litter for easy clean up).

If you’d like some nice ambiance, string lights and 3 led candles are available for your enjoyment.



A checklist will be provided  for set up and take down to make the process easy for you, and so none of the steps are forgotten. It is VERY IMPORTANT the items on the list are performed IN ORDER, or damage will be done. 

When picking the trailer up, I’ll have it set up for you to see, and we’ll go over the take down process together, so make sure to leave 30 minutes, plus or minus, in your schedule for that. 

This is a NON SMOKING tent, as odors linger in the canvas, making it unpleasant for subsequent renters. 

If bringing a pet, we ask for an additional cleaning fee of $30 to take care of the extra dirt, hair, and dander. Please add this service to your bill when reserving. 

Lastly, this may go without saying, but just a reminder for safety; please be sober when putting up or taking down the pop up to protect against injuries or damage. 🙏

April 9, 2023:

We just got back from our first time out using the trailer, and it was a blast.  My husband, his teen daughter, and myself camped at a great area near the Grand Coulee Dam and Electric City called Sunbanks Resort. It was the very beginning of the season, so we were almost the only ones there. We chose a beautiful spot on a little peninsula at the tip of the property that jutted into a lovely lake that was teeming with birdlife. Since they were just gearing up for the season, water hook up was not available, but the freshwater tank lasted pretty well for about 3 days, at which point we used water jugs for drinking and for our outdoor kitchen and dish cleaning area. They did have electrical hookup, so it was nice to have the extra juice. 

We learned on the first night camping at a spot we found en-route, when we "boondocked", (a word that was new to me, but means camping without hook-up), that the solar panel worked for the overhead light, and the USB ports, but not for the outlets, so hook up to electric is necessary for those to work.

We also learned on that first night, because the set up was pretty impromptu and not very well sheltered, that when the wind speed, gets up to about 10-12 mph, it shakes the tent pretty well but holds up great. It was a bit noisy though, and since we were using the propane heater to stay warm, which makes noise when it kicks on and has a motor that hums, I found myself wishing I had brought earplugs, but I ended up having no trouble sleeping. Still I would recommend bringing earplugs, just in case the wind picks up and you'll be using heater through the night.

We loved the area for it's absolutely stunning geology, with gigantic Columbia Basalt columns and buttes, awesome granite formations, and tons of beautiful hikes. We took note that there were a great many options for pulling a camp trailer up in the area. Highly recommended destination!

Compact for easy towing with most trucks or SUVs (if you have prior experience towing an RV). If not, we offer delivery which includes set up and breakdown; you simply show up with your linens, food, bags and start your adventure!

Spacious to sleep up to 5 with a comfy queen size master, 2 single bunks, and a fold-down table in the pop out. Most ideal for a couple or small family with young ones.

Right at the foothills or Mt Rainier National Park, near many state parks, or a short trip to Leavenworth! Also, check out Hipcamp for private camping locations

We don't charge mandatory fees for cleaning, dumping etc in hopes you can rent this for a low nightly rate, bring your own supplies, and return it in the same condition it was at pickup. If you would like to add cleaning, black tank dumping, grey tank dumping, or linens and towels, they can be added on as additional, but we do not make them mandatory, as most rentals do.

Off road driving not allowed unless we deliver or discuss prior. No smoking, vaping, or strong odor foods. We prefer to cook outside and provide a small camp stove free of charge. This is a smaller unit and not ideal for long times spent indoors so there is no TV installed. There is a built-in blue tooth stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers. Refrigerator is 12V, not propane; so it requires generator or hookups to recharge batteries for continued use.

We gladly provide:
- Well stocked kitchen including basic cookware and utensils and plates for 6, paper towels, hot pads, etc.
- Basic cleaning supplies, first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
- RV toilet paper and chemicals for the toilet black tank.
- All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks.
- 30 lb. Propane tank. (filled before each rental)

Generator, weight distribution hitch, portable canopy, chairs, bedding and towels available for additions upon request.

Any rental between the months of November 1st-Feb 28th you will need to add winterization package for the unit to be winterized after rental if any wet systems (sink, shower, toilet) are going to be used.

We have an SRA (Supplemental Rental Agreement) that will need to be reviewed and signed during pickup. If you would like to review ahead of time, you may request and we can email upon booking.

This RV sleeps 6 (5 adults) with a master queen bed, dinette set, couch fold out and overhead bunk.  The kitchen offers microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, sink with pull out cutting board and storage.  Restroom facilities include separate toilet/sink and shower areas off the master room. Extras and Amenities:  TV, Wifi booster, DVD player and surround speaker system,  outdoor entertainment unit, back up rear camera, cockpit leather seating.  

Traveling by RV vs standard flight and hotel getaway is different!  It's cozy, private and convenient, and requires extra items to ensure all goes smoothly!  Let us help you with additions such as fresh linens, full kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, pots/pans, dining set for 8 available.  As well as Coleman stove, outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, family games and more!  

Renters are welcome to a bare minimum or to utilize "Plug and Play" add-ons or options:  We'd love to help reduce the packing and unpacking stress. The Adventure Awaits RV CAN come fully stocked!  Many add-ons are available on our page, as well as upon request.  Don't hesitate to ask regarding a particular item not listed.  Prior to owning this RV, we rented several RVs and fully understand the frustration of arriving at your destination and realizing forgotten items.  We are also familiar with the time invested in stocking prior and unpacking after returning (when the bare minimum of unpacking, cleaning, drying out, etc. is required).
