We want you to have as much fun as possible on your excursion! Please treat this camper and the contents of it as if it were your own. Any violation of these rules, negligence, or acts of stupidity can result in loss of deposit and additional charges to the renter.   Have fun and make some memories!

GENERAL RULES

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper / RV.
No storage, transportation or use of any illegal substances.
No underage drinking or drug use. 
No parties
No more than 8 people inside the camper trailer
Cooking/Storing- No cooking or storing of any “smelly” items that could result in lingering odors that may be difficult to remove. 

Awning - We discourage the use of the exterior awning.  If you use it, do so at your own risk.  Any damage to the awning will be charged to you and may not be covered by your insurance.  Awnings are not to be left extended or unattended while you are away from the campground. Wind and heavy rain can damage the awnings.  DO NOT extend the awning all the way out.  You must leave approximately 12” hanging down to ensure proper retraction of the awning. 

DO NOT put anything in the toilet besides human waste and provided RV toilet paper.  RV toilet paper is specifically designed for these types of septic systems and normal toilet paper or tissue is NOT to be used. 

Do not pour any grease,oil or coffee grounds down the drains

Bunk bed weight limits are not to exceed 300 pounds per bunk. 

TOWING
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age
Renters are responsible to insure their vehicle meets the requirements to safely tow any travel trailer.
Owner is not responsible for any damage to the renters vehicle incurred during the rental period. 

PETS
Dogs permitted with additional security deposit
No other animals are permitted inside the camper / RV
No dogs on furniture or beds
Dogs are NOT to be left alone inside the unit at any time unless they are in a crate.

This Pet friendly bunkhouse is a 29 ft. box and 33ft. hitch to bumper. This amazing adventure and leisure on wheels has plenty of room for the family and all the kids (a few neighbors kids too) with 4 twin bunks in the back, the dinette makes a bed, the jack-knife sofa pulls out to make a bed, and the master bedroom has an queen bed and a door for privacy. Specs on the trailer state it can sleep 10 but realistically 8 comfortably. 

There's a TV with several ways to connect for family movie night, a stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, and an indoor electric fireplace for when you're not out by the real fire. 

The bathroom has plenty of room for all your business. 
Make clean up easy with the installed central vacuum system.
There’s a large pantry in the kitchen and plenty of other storage underneath. 

Choice of pick up or Delivery(Fee).

Delivery price includes us setting up the camper, leveling it, hooking up the water and electric and sewer if there are full hook ups. We like to arrive at your campsite about 30 minutes before you plan to arrive so we are already set up and ready to do your walk through and sign the paperwork when you get there.

If you'd like to arrive at your campsite earlier than check in or check out later than check out, consider booking an extra day or two at your campground. We can deliver as early at 10 am and pick up as late as 5 pm without charging you for an extra camper rental day.

The camper includes kitchen and bath towels as well as bed linens and blanket for the master bed. Sheets and pillows are provided for the bunks but no blankets. Bed linens and pillows for the dinette and sofa are not included. Kitchen includes a set of 8 plates, bowls, cups and coffee mugs. 
Pots, pans, colander, cutting board, mixing bowls, silverware, utensils, knives. 4 camp chairs. 

You also get to use the best weight distribution/anti-sway hitch on the market, the Weigh Safe True Tow weight distribution hitch! We will assist in set up ;)

Our camper is pet friendly but there is a $25 pet cleaning fee that is not optional if you bring your fur baby camping. Delivery is an option but you can also tow the camper yourself. Prior towing experience is preferred. If you are requesting to rent our camper and tow it yourself please provide your tow vehicle information so we can check your tow rating. You must have at least a 1/2 ton truck, 2" hitch receiver, and 7 pin round electric connection.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, cleaning supplies are provided so you can leave the camper as clean as when you rented it. Campers returned dirty will be charged a cleaning fee.

Attention: No Smoking. Smoking anything inside the unit will forfeit your entire deposit.

Brand New  2023 Jayco Jay Flight Bunkhouse travel trailer fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, double bunks, a fold out couch and a convertible full dinette sleeper. This travel trailer interior is 28' 6' long and the overall length is 33'4" long (hitch to bumper) but tows very nice and is easy to maneuver especially if you have towing experience.

Factory it comes equipped with a full kitchen with a stove and cooktop, indoor and outdoor shower, sink, microwave, outdoor griddle, indoor and outdoor refrigerator, AC, Heater, solar panel, and good storage space underneath for all of your adventure gear.

In the kitchen there is a place setting for 8, a couple pots/pans, a few utensils. You'll find the basics like salt, pepper, and cooking spray, but expect to supply the rest of your cooking needs.

There are 8 bath towels and a handful of miscellaneous kitchen/hand towels.

In the storage compartment you'll find a propane flattop griddle for cooking outside.  The grill hooks up to the trailer's large propane tanks. There is also miscellaneous tools for setup, roadside/mechanical emergencies.

Additional items available upon request include: Bed linens, propane fire pit, and nice rocking camping chairs.

Pickup is preferred however delivery may be available within 65 miles subject to availability.  If you have special requests let me know and I'll try to accommodate where possible.

Pets welcome however please ensure the camp grounds you choose allow pets and please let us know if they damage anything so we can keep the camper in good shape for future guests.
