Hi there! We’re a family who loves the outdoors, and we’re excited to share our Grand Design RV — our home away from home — with others looking to create unforgettable adventures.

This RV is super roomy, making it perfect for families, couples, or anyone who just appreciates a little extra space on the road. It’s fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer (a total game changer for longer trips), a spacious kitchen, cozy living area with a fireplace, and a private master bedroom for winding down after a day of exploring. This unit features a private mid room (separate from the master) with a fold out sofa and a twin bunk for a teenager. Or if you have young kids, it is the perfect quiet place to nap them with the door shut while you enjoy the rest of the RV!

There’s plenty of storage for your gear, a large awning for relaxing in the shade, and even an outdoor kitchen setup — great for grilling and soaking in the view. Simple, light, clean, and enjoyable. If you want to easily hit nature to disconnect and still have some comfortable amenities, this is your rig. 

At <1500lbs dry weight it can be towed by almost anything with a hitch and 2" ball. It pops up with little effort and in minutes. It's lightweight and easy to use but gives you the comfort and quiet you would find from a traditional hard wall camper. Camping in bear country has been safe and comfortable and all doors/hatches have locks for further comfort. Sleeps 3 but. fit our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (and large dog) very comfortably.

It has full power hookup if able to plug in, it will power unit and also re-charge the batteries. It also has a deep cycle battery that will power amenities (including heat at night). Ice cold fridge can run off plug in or we recommend propane when not plugged in. 15gal potable water tank and sink with powered pump. Heater with thermostat for comfortable sleep in any weather. 

It has been a treat to be able to pull up, pop up, and relax. We have had a canvas pop-up and a travel (hard wall) trailer... after enjoying the comforts of an A-frame, it is wholeheartedly our family's camping choice. This A-frame has a small footprint and big impact. From efficient and easy setup time to comfortable amenities and dry warm nights. We love it.

We have a young family of four and gently use our trailer just a couple times a year in the summer, for the rest of the time we would like to share it with whoever has the time and means to do so. We are a non smoking family who does not have any pets.

Our travel trailer is set up to sleep 8 people (1 king bed in front room, a set of bunk beds with privacy curtain (and large storage areas under bottom bunk), as well a double bed that doubles as the table/sitting area. There is a large amount of storage space under king bed, above the king bed, and a closet on each side of king bed. 
Full bath with toilet, sink, above sink storage/vanity/mirror, shower and tub. 
Kitchen is set up with double basin sink, cutting boards, 3 burner gas range, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and full pantry. 
This trailer has a slide out which gives a nice open feel to the kitchen dining space. With the swivel TV mount you can either watch a movie laying in the king bed bedroom or as you sit in community at the dinning table. 
Trailer has easily controlled heat and AC, as well as sound system inside and outside, with awning to shield from rain and hot sun. 
All carpet and upholstery in trailer are in new condition.


We will provide you with 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, shower curtain, bath mat. Kitchen will have a french press coffee maker, pots and pans,8 plates,8 bowls and 8 cups, a few cooking utensils, knifes, cutting boards, minimal kitchen towels/rags, dish soap. (We do ask that if any of our kitchen items are used that you please wash them after use).
