We are located next door to Small Town Campsites, (you can find them on Facebook) if you’d like to rent a lot from them we can take the camper there and have it all set up and ready for your stay !Our Travel trailer has 2 rear bunks that can sleep 2 kids in each bunk or 2 small adults, the kitchen table turns into a bed that can fit 2 kids but would fit 1 adult most comfortably, the couch folds out into a double bed that sleep 2 and then it has a queen master bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress.  It has a TV in the living room and it has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with blue tooth capabilities and speakers that play either inside/outside or both. It has LED lighting under the automatic awning. It has an automatic slide out where the table and  couch are located.  It will come equipped with outdoor rugs, zero gravity chairs, folding tables, a 17 inch table top blackstone gas griddle, blankets, sheets, towels, pots and pans and cooking utensils. It has a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave and a gas stove. We also have added a counter top ice maker.  It also has an outside kitchen with a sink, grill and refrigerator, and an outside shower.  It does NOT have a separate generator.

Sadie is a 2015 Roadtrek CS Adventurous Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful get away! It includes three captains chairs in the front with additional seating for three more in the back. The back converts into a queen size bed. Perfect for a couple but we have also spent plenty of nights with our two teenage kids as well...it is doable!

Separate shower and toilet, two burner stove, sink, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, air conditioning, heater and power awning. It is a powerful Mercedes engine and gets approximately 18 miles to the gallon (diesel). It has eight powerful batteries making boon docking for several days an option and has a solar panel. 

We will provide a large camping mat for under the awning, with a camping table and chairs.

We will provide (for four adults) basic linens, towels, camping chairs, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and small coffee maker.

Ready to hit the road and maneuverable for most all situations, this 24 foot gas powered 2003 Coachmen Concord is clean, well kept, like new, and ready to take you on your next "Great Adventure".  Featuring one slide out, various inside storage, TV with soundbar and satellite, rearview backup camera, touch screen phone/CD/DVD/stereo player.  Both the sofa and the dining table convert into full size beds and the separate bathroom includes a shower.  Kitchen area is in the back and includes a microwave and stovetop only. Additional storage space underneath and in the back is ready for your adventure gear. Camper awning and onboard generator is not available for use.

Rental includes everything you need to operate the camper well.  Renters do need to provide their own linens, kitchen equipment (other than supplied), operation consumables, and other camping supplies.  Our kitchen is stocked with a pot, pan, knife, cutting board, rubber spatula, turner, serving spoon, mixing bowl, small microwave dish, bottle opener, coffee cups, and plates/bowls/cups/silverware for four.  Any other desired supplies will need to be furnished by you for your trip.

We do require you to purchase Outdoorsy roadside assistance and insurance.  We will be reviewing and pre-approving trips once received.  We are unable to hold any dates after pre-approval until payment is made.

We are located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Virginia and in close proximity to local attractions such as Endless Caverns campground, Shenandoah National Park, New Market Civil War Museum and others.  At this time, we are not able to deliver to outside locations.

Please contact us with questions on how the camper operates. Many who have never used a camper before may believe that it is a fully operational house on wheels, but there are various components of our camper that will not operate without a 30 amp hookup.

Check out the artful towns of Thomas and Davis WV. There are lots of shops, restaurants, art galleries, live music, breweries and trails to hike and bike. Blackwater Falls has many beautiful views, waterfalls and hikes (they also have hookups for the trailer). There's lots of outdoor adventures in the area too (whitewater rafting, kayaking, fishing, canoeing, SUPing, mountain biking). Many come to the area for the fall colors too (Leaf Peeping). We are super close to Dolly Sods, Canaan, Deep Creek Lake and Swallow Falls, Smoke Hole area, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob and more!

This  24 foot Thor Motorcoach is perfect for couples and small families. It's not too large and should be easy to drive for most people. It's an ideal size for parks and wherever RV length is limited. The unit has full hook-ups, but with the onboard generator, you can dry camp for up too 4 to 5 days. 
We  located about 5 miles off interstate 81 and about 15 miles from interstate 64 in the heart, of the Shenandoah Valley, within an hours drive you can be at civil war battlefields, and several caverns. We have numerous campgrounds located within an two hours drive from our location.

You will need to bring your own linens, Sleeping bags are suggested for loft area as it's kind of hard to make up, however we do provide some blankets that work well there.  The unit will also have enough cookware to make a good breakfast and dinner. All you will need to bring is your own food, and personal items. There's a RUKU stick in the unit that when connected to your hot spot, will provide you and your kids with plenty of intermittent for the trip.

All drivers need to be at least 25 years of age for insurance reasons.

We are located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley with amazing activities to enjoy (Numerous Caverns, Massanutten Resort, Historic Localities, Shenandoah National Park, etc.). We can recommend campgrounds in the area based upon your preferences. We can not delivery to campgrounds on Shenandoah National Park, but can recommend several campgrounds in the nearby Luray area.
