Our camper is like a hard-sided tent! They are made to be light weight so in turn need to be treated gently in all regards. Please be respectful to the trailer. Treat things like they are light weight and fragile.
No Pets. Love animals but too hard on the camper.
No awning allowed. The awning is too light weight, wind can easily damage the awning and camper.
Please don’t allow children to jump and pull on things. Plywood under the couches and bed are very light weight. Please no jumping or standing on the furniture.
No towing with rear camper hitch. Bike rack only.
No Smoking!
Trailer tires are not meant for speeding or going over 70mph.
Must have a vehicle that is rated for 7,000lb minimum with a 7 pin wiring harness and brake controller. This is for your safety, your vehicle safety and for the safety of the camper.
Please drive responsibly and cautiously. Be safe and have fun!
