Other things to note

Cleaning Fee: We will charge $200.00 if the trailer is not cleaned before drop off. Cleaning Instructions: We provide all cleaning supplies

- Sweep floors
- Wipe down counters in the kitchen, dining table, stovetop, and microwave.
- Clean and empty refrigerator
- Use cleaning spray and wipe down bathroom counter, sink and toilet
*This fee will be taken from your deposit ONLY if the trailer is not cleaned*

Dumping Fee: We will charge $200.00 if you return the trailer without dumping the black water (Toilet) and grey water (Shower & Kitchen).

*This fee will be taken from your deposit ONLY if the black and grey water is not dumped.* •If any tanks are clogged, a tank fee will be charged

Very important Things to Remember before moving the RV:
- All doors must be closed. EXCEPT the one located in the master bedroom must strapped open, TV must have the strap around it. The stabilizing jacks must be retracted. Windy conditions, please retract awnings. Propane tanks to be turned off during travel.
*This fee will be taken from your deposit if any of the item need to be replace.

DO NOT DAMAGE THE TOY HAULER, PLEASE ADHERE TO THE RULES. TREAT THIS TOY HAULER WITH THE SAME RESPECT YOU'D WANT OTHERS TO TREAT YOUR PROPERTY.
