It was great experience. John has a great camper trailer. We had a great time with family, kids love it.
John was very supportive on all details of the trailer, he did a summary overview with me prior to the trip and also kept communicating with us through out the trip, wheater conditions making sure we are enjoying and not having surprises!

RV was clean with full tank of fuel and slightly less than a half tank of DEF. Had to fill with DEF during trip in order to feel secure about the vehicle. Vehicle was very we’ll equipped but way too complicated for us to use things like the tv’s or any thing electronic in the back of the van. The ride was very comfortable in the front of the vehicle, but the ride in back was extremely bouncy and uncomfortable. The vehicle has a pretty significant front end vibration and had to limit top speed to 60 mph or the vehicle would shake intolerably! Total cost of rental was approaching $ 8,000.00 including fuel and DEF and we put almost 2000 miles on it for a total cost of $4.00 per mile (very , very, very, very expensive!) the take away from this review should be that for a short trip or a night out to a special event this is a good choice for younger, more electronically gifted people than myself ( I’m in my early 70’s) but if I were to do this again I would probably rent a full size (38 ft) motor home for $4.58 per mile for the same trip. The host was exceptionally easy to work with and was a really nice person!!!
