Rules and policies
No smoking in the unit or near the unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit, a service fee of $250 will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit.
You are not to go over 80 MPH due to how the transmission handles in the Camper Vans. Trailers are also not meant to go over 65 MPH, it is a single axel and you could blow a tire.
If you leave the van in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you $200 + deep cleaning fee.
You are responsible for all tickets, tolls, impounds and/or tows.
If you have a dog in the unit without approval (or more than agreed upon), there will be a $200 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit. If there is evidence of a cat ,there will be a $500 fine due to allergies.
If you are late returning the unit (on agreed upon time), there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour.
