Family-friendly camper ready to go! 2017 Coachmen Catalina 291QBS. My husband and I love taking our 4 kids camping and want to share our camper with other families. This camper is in good condition with everything you need. Sleeps 8 comfortably-a full size bed in the bedroom with a door and upgraded mattress (it’s comfy!), the pull-out sofa, the kitchen table turns into a bed and 2 sets of bunk beds in the back that could sleep 4 or 5. One bunk is a double, which could fit one additional small child. The other bottom bunk also turns into a small table. You’ll love this camper as much as our family of 6 does!What's includedBrand new tires, well maintained and an automatic awning for easy opening!Mattress protectors for the bunks are included as well as linens in the bedroom for the full size bed. Please bring additional linens for the bunks, pull-out sofa and kitchenette conversion bed. There are 6 towels included for your convenience, please bring more if you need! There’s also camping chairs included and the kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, bowls, pots & pans, cups and plates.RecommendationsWe have taken our camper to the lake and car shows and Jellystone Larkspur which is always fun!Other things to note-Pets welcome but please no more than two dogs, no cats.
-Must be able to pickup or we will deliver within 25 miles for an additional charge.
-No smoking of any kind.
-Return the camper tidy, wiped down and swept. We will take care of the deep clean. A $30 DEEP CLEANING & SANITIZING FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL RENTALS.
-Propane is $30 per tank, the camper has two tanks. You will be charged for what you use.
-Please return the RV in the manner in was received.
-Generators are available for rental for an additional fee.We reserve the right to inspect camper upon return before returning deposit. Awning must be retracted when windy as it will break it. Fees
- Security deposit: $800.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $130.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental and one 30 pound tank of propane-required for the heater, fridge and hot water heater.

We ask that the camper is returned by 5 pm on the last day of the rental to avoid any late fees. Returns after this time will incur a half day charge of $60.
