Enjoy all the amenities you love such as a stove top, convection microwave, spacious refrigerator & freezer, and Keurig coffee maker. The rear bedroom includes a comfortable full size bed with a closet and drawers offering plenty of storage. The pull-out sofa is a twin size that would sleep 1 adult comfortably or 2 kiddos.An owner's manual is provided with easy-to-understand instructions.We will personally meet you on the 1st day of rental to go over an orientation so please do not plan to start your rental prior to 8am (no later than 6pm). Return time is prior to 3:00 pm on the day of return. Later return may be arranged, depending upon availability, but a return inspection is required. All vehicles not returned by the agreed time will be charged the entire rental fee of the next reservation. Generator & propane fees will be charged based on usage.Speeding: For maximum performance & safety, do not exceed 70 MPH, even if highway speed limit is 85 MPH. This is a light RV.Well behaved dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowed.

Please keep in mind this is an older model RV, so you won't be able to run multiple appliances at once.*NO Smoking OR Vaping Allowed* $250 fee will be charged if smoke smell is present upon return. This is non-negotiable...any smell will incur the full fee.All touch points will be sanitized between renters. We provide towels & sheets upon request (no charge). We offer a 15% discounted rate for repeat renters and military!Personal hygiene items are not provided.Fuel tank must be returned in full.
