You've seen me on the road before. Your reaction was "wow, that's my excuse to cruise on my next cross-state or cross-country trip." I'm not a private jet, but I sure feel like one. I'm a much better option than enduring the cost and hassle of airfare and air travel, hotel, rental car, and dining out over the course of your trip. I am the ultimate mobile office, mobile luxury suite, and road trip adventure pod. I'm ideal for the couple, duo, or pair of buddies that are able to take-off for a week or more at a time. Or, if you're so inclined, and if more than two have another place to sleep during your trip, bring the extended team, kids, or friend group, because I am a mobile hangout paradise that keeps you fed, hydrated, and bio-relieved while only stopping to refuel my hyper-efficient turbo diesel engine. My owners have added to my already luxury-rich gaggle of goodies...a boosted mobile Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and a Bose Bluetooth sound bar...to complete your mobile office and create a cocoon of entertainment fun. I'm not gonna lie, I'm not for everyone. I'm priced to attract the most discriminating traveler that wants to maximize every dimension of flexibility, freedom, independence, comfort, and access to a wide variety of destinations with my slender design and my "If Amazon can go there, so can I" attitude. Sorry, I'm not sports, music festival, or beach fan. I stay pristine so you can enjoy my pristine-ness.What's includedI'm pretty much ready to go. You bring your food, clothes, and toiletries, I have everything else I think you'll need, including:
Fresh bedding - 2 twin self-inflating mattresses, mattress pads, fitted and cover sheets, 4 pillows that are easy-up/easy-down for the queen bed
Fresh towels, wash cloths, hand towels
Hand soap, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner in dispensers
Dish soap, dish towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, vacuum
Coffee maker (k-cup), mugs, sugar
Utensils, plates, cups, insulated tumblers
Cookware, knives, cutting board
Salt, pepper, basic spices
2 camp rocking chairs
RecommendationsI've been many places from the Colorado Rockies to the Florida Keys, and am well-traveled within Texas. I've stayed at RV parks with full hookups, boondocked at wineries with no hookups, and have parked overnight in hotel parking lots when my people want to give me some "me time" while on the road. I really love staying downtown Austin at the Pecan Grove RV park, where my people can walk to several restaurants, Zilker Park and Lady Bird Lake, and Uber/Lyft anyplace beyond that. I'm 24 feet long, but fit into a standard width parking space (backed-in to curb, or double end-to-end) so parking to restock groceries or supplies is easy. I've even overnighted at Home Depot and Cabela's in a pinch or two!Other things to noteMy owners keep me in great shape and I'd like to stay that way. I like traveling and experiencing the country but am not good with pets, festivals, tailgating, and definitely not smoking. I stay in an air conditioned garage between trips and have had a full 1-year check-up that included repair of a lot of bugaboos that were covered under warranty. So, you're ready to roll on your trip in confidence! Oh yeah, I do have 4-wheel drive, but this is for the rare situation when you need some extra stability traction in snow and other slick conditions but I'm not meant to be off-road ATV!

Our entire experience was phenomenal from start to finish. We took the Mercedes sprinter van to the Hill country in Texas for the eclipse. Rick provided thorough and detailed instructions on the many different features of the van, which were many! This van is luxurious! It is fully stocked and provides anything that you would need on the road. it even has two TVs, a Bose stereo system, and a microwave! The fold down leather seats were extremely comfortable for sleeping. We were able to hook up to shore power, so we did not need to use the generator. We enjoyed being able to take showers and have our own personal bathroom. We have no complaints! I would only note that that the Mercedes sprinter van is a little tight for more than two people.
Rick was the perfect host! Knowing we could communicate with him at any time gave us peace of mind. Would absolutely rent from Rick again!

First and foremost, would like to start by saying thank you to Rick and his family for being so welcoming and keeping up great communication from start to finish with their rental. We cannot say enough about this class B airstream van. My family and I took a long road trip to Destin and Santa Rosa beach in Florida, and the travel experience was hands-down one of the best we’ve had. Rick and his family provide an exceptional rental that has all the bells and whistles and comes with every amenity you can think of so it makes the trip that much easier. My wife and I have three kids so we had a family of five traveling and it was seemless from the get-go. We would highly recommend anyone using this rental for any trip you are taking you will not be disappointed. Again, this all starts with the owner and right out of the gate. The process was very easy and Rick and his family were very welcoming and very knowledgeable on their rental, which made life that much easier for us. We would definitely recommend this rental. 5 star!!!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If you pick-up in Kingsland, we'll store your car in a secure, temperature controlled garage at no extra cost. We can deliver to you within a 60 mile ranges with a little advance notice.

Q.What kind of fuel does this van need and what kind of gas mileage does it get?
A.
This camper is built upon a 2020 Mercedes Sprinter chassis and requires diesel grades 1-D, 2-D or ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel. I achieves about 15-20 miles per gallon depending on driving conditions. It also requires about 1 gallon of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to be added about every 1000 miles.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We provide a customized, laminated "how to" booklet that walks-thru set-up and operation of every system.

Q.Is the van easy to drive? I've never driven anything that large.
A.
Like any unfamiliar vehicle, this van will take some getting used to, particularly when navigating around regular city and neighborhood streets. The MOST critical thing to always monitor are objects like low tree branches, building overhangs, and other protrusions that a smaller vehicle can easily navigate under and around. You should also take turns/corners very slowly and carefully so things don't shift and drawers don't pop open. There are lots of cameras and sensors to help you.
