Excellent experience. We are first time RV campers, and spent a month in the Southwest. The motorhome is as described, well stocked, comes with camp chairs, outdoor barbeque, several outdoor grills and campstove, vaccumm cleaner, cleaning supplies, pots, pans, dishes and supplies. We didn't have to buy anything extra. We brought our own linens.
There is a king sized bed over the cab and a queen bed in the back, in a separate room that is behind both a screen and a door so there is complete privacy.
Our teenage daughter used the shower regularly and proclaimed it to be excellent, which is a high compliment as we thought she would never take a shower in an RV camper.
The motorhome is the perfect size at 31 feet. It is big enough so we had privacy as our daughter was above the cab and we were in the back, and also we could comfortably cook and eat and watch TV. The stove is gas, has a small oven and four burners so we cooked just about everything.
We were able to drive the streets of Santa Fe, Salt Lake City and park in the city with advanced planning. We were surprised how easily it navigated city streets and how available parking was so long as we researched the areas in advance. For example we parked on the street near the square in Sante Fe, and parked on the museum lots in Salt Lake City.
The owner is very informative. He was always available whenever we had questions. Communication is excellent.
The Camper is a 2004, so some RV sites had us submit pictures of it before we could book reservations. It has the ordinary wear and tear we expected, not everything latches properly and there are minor issue which were easily resolved. There is excellent storage, seats are comfortable. We brought our own sound system as the only minor negative about the motorhome is that the sound system is also from 2004! We brought our own speakers and iphone player which satifactorily resolved our music needs.
The owner, Mr. Jannen, is a wonderful person, was very kind as my wife has special medical needs, thoughtful and considerate. There is some minor wear and tear on the outside of the camper, and he inspected the motorhome with us before we left and in all ways acted honorably and honestly.

This was how rentals are supposed to go. There are lots of people who might rent their RV for a profit and treat you accordingly. Jan is not one of those people. He is an honest renter who takes seriously, his responsibility to provide you with a well maintained vehicle and good rental experience.
