It's in great condition and comfortably sleeps 6. Maximum 8 people. Kids love the bunk beds! There's a total of 4 tvs, one outside. We recommend bringing your own FireTV stick or Roku to plug into TV but there is an antennae and some campgrounds have cable hookups too. There is a DVD player.There's also an automatic retractable patio awning, just take care and don't leave it up when it's windy.There is one Queen bedroom in the back. Bunk beds are next to the bedroom, we have a curtain up there to give kiddos some privacy in their bunks. The ceiling above the driver can be dropped down to create a sleeping area or use it as a kids "play room".
Dining table and the couch can be converted for more sleeping spaces but those are pretty small and not recommended.We'd prefer the option to deliver and set up the RV for you instead of you driving and doing the set-up. If you're already an experienced RV-er then we can consider renting it out for driving trips as well.
