Review summary

Absentee pickup, poor instruction

Alex was often absent for pickup/dropoff, provided zero instruction on RV use, and canceled a booking last minute. One renter was falsely accused of not emptying tanks. Some found communication helpful post-issue.

Tows well, decent amenities

The trailer was reported to tow great and be comfortable, equipped with necessary amenities including a useful but heavy generator. One renter received it filthy inside and out.
