Our 22' Jayco Rocky Mountain Edition Baja bunkhouse trailer is ready for your adventure or your extra living space when family is visiting. Features include a queen size bed, sleeps 6-7 with 2 full size bunks, large pantry, stereo and dvd player, outside camp kitchen and powered awning equipped with led lights and speakers. Rental includes unlimited use of a 2000-watt generator. A brake controller is required to tow this trailer. Dry weight is 4,913 pounds with a Gvwr of 6,000 pounds. Propane is included in the daily rates. Due to allergies, pets are not allowed in this trailer.

- Prep fee: $140.00. This fee covers preparing this unit for rental, including: Interior Cleaning Fee and Sanitizing surfaces. Also, no need to refill the propane or generator upon return.

Owner was easy to work with and RV was very clean! Although the oven and microwave did not work at all and the refrigerator shut off 3 times over the weekend. Generator also had a broken ground wire. I also believe the black water tank monitor was broken as we dumped it and it still read 3/4 full - like it did when we picked it up. Would recommend checking all appliances to ensure they are in working order prior to leaving pickup location for future customers.
