Responsibilities of Renters and Drivers: All rentals are intended for highway operation and groomed roads and trails. Our rentals may be used on authorized, unsealed dirt roads; however they are not intended to be used for "rock-crawling", heavy-duty trail exploration, use in non-designated off-road areas, on closed roads, or private property, or any areas that exceed the vehicle limitations. Vehicle may become unstable if driven at high speeds. All authorized drivers acknowledge they must use their best judgment, drive safely, and anticipate breaking and turns. You will comply with all Applicable Laws while participating in the Activity. You may NOT violate any local, state, provincial, federal, national, park, campground or other law or regulation. Children must be transported in proper child safety seats required by law. You will operate all vehicles in a safe manner and will observe all traffic laws. You will not operate or be a passenger in any vehicle while under the influence of any alcohol or illegal drug, or any intoxicant, narcotic, prescription medicine, or other drug which would impair my ability to operate or ride in a vehicle. Primary Renter/Authorized Driver(s) acknowledge and agree that a driver must: (1) be 25 years of age, (2) hold a valid driver’s license that is neither suspended or revoked, (3) possess insurance that covers the rented vehicle or have purchased an insurance package through us, (4) be listed as an Authorized Driver on this Agreement, and (5) not have had a DUI, DWI, DWAI or a “Wet and Reckless” in the past 36 months. Furthermore, we will not rent to repeat DUI offenders who are required to use a portable Breathalyzer. *SEE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMPLETE RENTAL AGREEMENT
