1. Renter agrees to return all window covers as received and agree to the replacement cost of $150. 2. Pets are only allowed in the vans if a Pet Fee has been paid. If pet hair is found and the Pet Fee has not been paid, a fee of $500 will apply. 3. Any windshield chips or cracks that spreads within 72 hours of return are subject to a fee of $1200. 4. Any windshield chips not filled by the customer will be billed out at a cost of $80 each. 5. I agree to cover all damage that is not previously recorded on the damage photos taken by host. 6. Any vehicle rented under this agreement may only be driven by authorized drivers. 7. Vans must be returned with the same fuel level at departure. Fuel will be billed at 1.5x cost. 8. Travel to the Burning Man Festival or driving on any salt flat is not permitted unless approved. Unapproved travel can result in a fine of $1500 and a cleaning fee of $500. 9. No Smoking: Smoking inside the van or within 20ft of the van is prohibited 10. Mileage Limits: The rental includes a set number of miles per day (150 miles). Additional miles will be charged at a rate of $0.50 per mile. 11. Cleaning: Please remove all garbage and leave the van in a swept like condition. If excessive cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. 12. Damage and Repairs: Report any damage immediately. Renters are responsible for covering the cost of any repairs for damage caused during the rental. 13. Towing: Towing is prohibited unless specifically approved by the host. 14. Late Returns: Late returns will result in additional hourly rate of $50/hour. Please ensure the van is returned on time to avoid extra charges. 15. Driving Area: The van is to remain within the designated driving area (U.S. only unless otherwise approved). International travel requires prior approval. No off-roading allowed and the van must be kept on paved or groomed gravel roads.
