She is Sally the Solitude… and we love her. Sally was gently used and Always very well maintained. I just can’t stand to see her sit in a storage lot. She is in excellent condition and just had her completely detailed. So we have decided to share her instead of sell her.
Fully Loaded from the factory. You can go to and see the standard equipment. But she has the following extras: Zip on sun shade, Manufacturer installed rear receiver hitch, Goodyear G-614 tires, Splendide (separate) washer and dryer, King sized kick ass memory foam mattress, hung towel racks etc, soap dispenser in shower, portable ice maker, power recliner. Never had any major mechanical issues. Brakes were replaced by Lippert summer of 2016 due to ongoing seal problem. Brakes are spot on now.
Here is the deal, my preferred method is for you to secure the site, let me know where it is and I will tow her, set her up and get all the systems functioning for you. These big 5th wheel rigs are something to pull and without a proper tow vehicle and experiences with hauling an 18,000 lb trailer the size of a big rig trailer (43' long, 13'6" high) it is risky for everyone involved. So, I prefer to bring her to you for a small fee. Selective persons, with experience and a proper tow vehicle could be considered.
Things that will not fly... unless you are a family group, don't bother. No cats, No smoking, Small under 10 lb dogs considered, anything bigger than 10 lbs, no. You have to understand, this is a high end, mobile house. This is not a camper that you would take to the hunt club.
So if you want some great accommodations, for Round Top Antique fair, or another event in our area... let me hear from you!!!

NO SMOKING ($250 charge for smoking). NO PETS (dogs under 10 lbs considered). NO ONE ON THE ROOF, PERIOD (loss of deposit).
I prefer Sally be in a proper campground, but would consider other accommodations upon inspection. The one thing is, Sally is NOT setup to be without hookups, water and electric (50 amp required to run both AC's). She is power hungry and would rather her be on city water. She is not one that would enjoy rough'ing it...
I am sorry to be so picky, but this is why Sally is so beautiful. We are picky and have taken immaculate care of her. Regular maintenance and always good to her. This will never change.
