At this state park, there are 34 sites at which RVs can park, and 24 of them have electricity and water hookups. The other 10 RV sites only provide water hookups, so when you are planning to camp here and really need electricity, be sure to call ahead and book a site with those hookups.

Fort Parker State Park camping will give you easy access to the surrounding area and all of its rich history and attractions. The nearest historical attraction to the park is the Old Fort Parker Historic Site, after which the park is named. This recreation fort is open to the public and is home to a collection of buildings and artifacts that are built in the original style of the 1830s fort. the camper was small and nice- perfect for 2 people. the bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. one recommendation would be to bring an extra hose with you and connect to sink outlet so that water doesnt solash right where you are washing dishes.
