This was easily the best RV rental experience that we've had EVER! We had to change our original camping plans, and booked this RV with less than a week before check-in. Peter was incredibly flexible with us and put all my anxiety to rest. We had the RV delivered and had planned to be there for the delivery and to meet Peter. However, life happened and we got a late start. Peter was able to set-up the RV before we arrived. It was a very warm day, and he left the AC on for us. THANK YOU!!!
Not only was the rental experience great, but the RV was immaculate and had everything that we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of 3 (plus, our furry son) and we had ZERO issues during our trip.
Unfortunately, I ended up leaving my favorite pair of shoes in the RV (in a cute shoe holder they have wrapped around the bed - such a cool idea!!). Peter reached out that night to let me know and offered to hang on to them until I could pick them up. Thankfully, we don't live too far and he made it so convenient.

It was a true pleasure renting the trailer. Everything was as described, and the communication was pleasant and always a quick response. The trailer itself was as described; beautiful. It included virtually everything we could need; from linens, towels, soap, kitchenware, cooking utensils, extra propane tanks, lounge chairs, outdoor carpet, and a BBQ grill. It was a fabulous experience both with Arturo and his wife... and with the rental experience. I would definitely recommend Bella Vida RV Rentals. I know I will be renting again. Thank you Arturo, for being so accommodating.
