The RV we rented from Arlene was the perfect base for our Banff family vacation. The vehicle and inside spaces are clean and well taken care of, and everything worked great. We traveled with friends who rented the same RV from a different host and we could see a real positive difference in our rental experience, not only with the vehicle itself but with communication with Arlene as well. She was incredibly nice and easy to get a hold of, and when we had an issue with the hot water heater she responded in moments with perfectly detailed instructions as to how to fix our issue. We would recommend this rental company to any others traveling to the region!

Everything went perfectly. Micro Thor was ideal for two people. All the equipment and devices were working properly. We didn’t have any issues. Arlene was helpful and responsive at all times, making this process a fantastic experience!
