The daily rate on this one includes all the basics needed for 5-6 people to use the camper for boondocking. Sheets/pillows/blankets, dishes, camp chairs, portable solar panels, and the WD hitch are included. I will help set up the WD hitch so you and the trailer are safe and stable.***FYI this is a dog friendly RV...if you are severely allergic to dogs this trailer might not be for you***This is the perfect camper for a family of 5 or two couples and two kids! It is the only small trailer I know of that would allow a family of five to have a separate bed for each kid and NOT have to fold down the dinette or the couch. It has a fold out bed @ each end and a double bunk bed. Technically it could sleep 10 people with everything turned into a bed.Camper is set up for boondocking and has everything you would normally expect like bathroom, hot water heater, microwave, stove, big fridge, furnace, ac and they all work.17ft awning

If your vehicle has a 7way electrical connector but not a brake controller you can rent our wireless controllerA few things to keep in mind:If you are going to be renting multiple times I'll give you a discount code after the first rental. Once you prove you are a respectful renter and we know we can trust you...I will give a significant daily rate discount (think 30-40%)for additional bookings. Perfect for families like mine that often travel for kids sports, multiple camping/hunting trips and tailgating. Please know that these will still need to be booked thru the site to ensure insurance and the like.As long as the camper is returned in the same state of cleanliness as when it was checked out there is no cleaning fee.Propane tanks should be returned full or we will have to charge to refill.We don't have any extra charge or limitations when it comes to pups but we expect renters to be respectful and know their animals.
