This 30 ft Vortex has all the essentials for comfy camping, living and playing. It's quite nice and well appointed, though, not so nice that you have to be bashful with it. We are pet friendly. It has a 14/3 ft slider that opens up an already wide living area.
Other features are:
-Large loading door up front for ATVs or other toys
-Full kitchen with filtered drinking water and all the essential dishes and cooking utensils
-Inverter generator with a 12 gallon gas tank
-Tub and shower
-TV and DVD player
-Auxiliary gas pump for machines
-Solar backed electrical system
-Well functioning AC and a few Heating options
-Motorized ball jack and leveling jacks on each cornerFor Sleeping:
-Comfortable Queen sized bed up front lowers electronically, and raises up out of the way during the day time
-Kitchen table converts easily into a bed suitable for an adult or 2 children
-1 light couch/futon converts into a full size bed
-1 light chair/futon converts into a singe bed
-or, The couch and the chair listed above can be arranged to make a queen+ size bed
-There is also a queen size air mattress that can be set up under the bed in front. The kids love it there, with about 3 ft of clearance above them. It's fine for less picky adults too. This spot is also good for pets. (please, bring a bed for pets, and do your best to keep them off the furniture)This rig is made to be diverse. It is a toy hauler, but it doesn't have the big garage in back, rather, the side/front opens and toys are loaded via ramps. There's room for two big quads, but not an SBS. No toys? In that case, it opens up to the scene around, and becomes valuable packing/open space. What's included-Extra aluminum camp table, and camp chairs
-Small BBQ grill
-Up to 3, 70cc mini pit-bikes/motorcycles for an additional fee (fun for kids and adults: 40 dollars per bike, per day. Check out those as an add on)Other things to noteFull disclosure section:

- If you have a gas vehicle, expect 5-10 miles per gallon when pulling
- the Awning is a pain, but it is functional.
- TV watching when the beds are set up is hard.
