this was our first time using Outdoorsy. The host reached out quickly and was very friendly, communicative and reliable at all times. They provided everything as described on the app. The trailer was very clean and we did not have a single issue with it during our rental.

Daniel was an exceptional host! The trailer was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The only minor issue we experienced was that the refrigerator didn't cool properly, but it wasn't a problem for us since we always bring ice chests when we go camping.

Dan was very attentive and helpful and went out of his way to attend with extra ice due to the refrigerator not cooling fast enough. After the first day the fridge was working great. Only thing was the bathroom had a sewer smell. I did explain this to Dan and he mentioned he would get it looked at. The travel trailer bed was comfortable and it was a nice set up.
