This beautifully renovated trailer is light enough that even most vans can tow it! Makes it the perfect abode on wheels to enjoy at any destination! With a full size bed + a twin bed, it can sleep 3-4. The benches are made of mattress foam, making it a comfy space for littles to sleep. A stove, sink, microwave + refrigerator in the kitchen space make it easy to prepare meals if campfire cooking isn’t your thing, or it’s raining! Also conveniently has a shower + toilet!We provide sheets + mattress protectors; you’ll want to pack your favorite blankets, pillows + towels! You will want to bring utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, and anything else you may need for cooking or serving food.*Pets allowed conditionally; additional $500 deposit, non-refundable $150 fee + $20/day.
*We require tanks to be returned empty. If they are not, a $200 fee will be incurred. You can select the prepayment option for tanks to be emptied by us for $100.
*Towing: Please be sure your vehicle is capable of towing 3,000lbs safely + comfortably. NO refunds will be made if it is determined upon pickup that your vehicle is not sufficient for towing, either because of weight capacity or lack of proper towing equipment.
*Delivery charge is $200 for up to 30 miles + $3.50/mile above that; maximum of 100 miles.
*Note that the waste tanks are very small. You will more than likely want to utilize the public restrooms at your campground, especially for showers, instead of messing with sewer hookups + dumping.
*30 amp electric service will function the AC, lights + refrigerator well; propane will function the heat + gas stove.
