We ask that you return unit in a the same clean condition with all primary bed linens left in place and all other dirty bed linens placed on the primary bed. All wet towels and rags should be placed in the shower.Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups.There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will drive a professional cleaning fee of $450.Just a reminder, pets are not allowed in this unit. We are pet lovers, but our next guest may not.Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $150 surcharge will be applied.
