This 2014 Ram ProMaster 3500 camper van has everything you need to make your trip memorable! We custom built the van with everything in mind to ensure that we will feel cozy and comfortable travelling in it, and we love all the trips we have taken in it.The interior is decorated with tasteful cedar ceiling, luxury vinyl plank floor, and clean white painted walls. It has an evaporative cooler and a propane heater, so it's perfect for all seasons! It is well-insulated, fully equipped with a full-size bed (two 5'10" people can fit comfortably without bending their legs), a sink with a filtered tap, a fridge, a propane range with a three-burner stove and oven (for delicious cookies!), a closet, a bathroom with a composting toilet and shower, a roof fan, and a dining area!This van runs on gasoline. Our propane range and heater are more than enough to prepare hot meals and keep you warm at night! A 20-lb propane tank is provided. It is also equipped with a 40-gallon water tank that can be refilled at any water source, and an electric water heater for the shower and the kitchen faucet. Electricity is generated by 600 W of solar panels, so it can go off-grid for as long as you want! It can also be plugged in to any standard wall outlet. The van has two outlets to charge your electronic devices.The van also has plenty of storage in overhead cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and a large space under the bed. The under-bed area can fit a road bike with wheels off or at least two 28'' suitcases.For safety, the van is equipped with smoke, carbon monoxide, and propane detectors and a fire extinguisher. And while we prefer you to not drive in deep snow, we do provide snow chains and a small shovel just in case.After every rental, we restock and sanitize the van. Hello, beautiful people! My husband and I just moved to the Denver area this year. We have been enjoying the nice weather, all the outdoor activities, and the people! We built our van to live in full-time during the last semester of grad school, so we have first-hand experience about how comfortable and cozy it is staying in our van!

Rules and policies
- Pet friendly
- No music festivals

- Mileage: 100 free miles / day
- No climbing on the roof. Renters are responsible for damages to the solar panels.
- Late return will be subject to a charge of $15 per hour.
- No smoking in the van. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the van a service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit.
- The van should be returned clean and without the trace of pets' presence. If you leave the van in a state that requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged $100.
- Please do not leave toilet paper in the toilet's composting compartment. If toilet paper is found when the van is returned, you will be charged $20.
- All tolls and tickets are the renters' responsibility.
- Repair of flat tires and damage caused by road hazards is the renters' responsibility.
- Off-roading is not allowed with our van. Driving slowly on well-maintained flat dirt roads to reach campgrounds is allowed. Do not take 4WD roads. Do not take dirt road with deep potholes or rocks. You will be responsible for any damages to the vehicle.
- The van should be returned with a full tank of gas and full propane tank. If not returned full, you will be charged the market rate plus a $30 convenience fee for gasoline and market rate plus a $20 convenience fee to refill the propane.
- Furnishings and other non-consumable items in the van should remain in the van when returned. Renters are responsible for the cost of replacing any missing or damaged items.
- Late return will be subject to a charge of $15 per hour.
