This fuel-efficient apartment on wheels is perfect for weekend warrior but versatile enough to accommodate travelers comfortably for weeks on end. Large windows allow for panoramic views while you're parked, and ease of getting around when you're loading up at the grocery store or getting out of traffic. The Front Wheel Drive and agile turning radius make the Pro Master drive more like a minivan than an RV. Did I mention 17 MPG! Compare that to those huge, clunky units. If you’re traveling I’m from out of state and have big suitcases it’s fine the unpack snd leave them with me.Other stuff: Winterization takes place the first week of October or sooner depending on weather patterns. You have the option of traveling with or without the generator, primarily used for running the rooftop A/C (fan only while on generator and not on a full hookup). The generator can be stored in a hitch-mounted Thule storage box. Pets are prohibited to be left inside the RV relying solely on the generator as the primary source of power. The refrigerator is 3 way. Option 1) 120V. AKA plugged into a campsite or an extension cord running out to the RV. Option 2) Battery. Perfectly fine while driving but you'll want to with off when not as to not drain the coach battery. Option 3) Propane. Lights once the refrigerator is at operating temperature and is ideal at lower elevations, but higher elevations can cause ignition challenges. Documented 91 octane gas is required. During the winter months, the water system is winterized but “potable” water is fine. A required add-on of $65 is included for additional detailed cleaning. If the vehicle requires a major cleaning due to smoking, spills, excessive dog hair, or bad odors, a professional cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed against your security deposit. You are required to fill the gas tank (at same level received) and empty the black and gray water tanks, otherwise, a penalty fee of $50 will be charged to fill the gasoline tank (plus the cost of gas), and a penalty fee of $60 will be charged to empty the black and gray water tanks. Don't worry about refilling the freshwater tank or the liquid propane tank, I'll take care of that.
