This rec vehicle has upgraded off road tires and additional high clearance to get you into cozy spaces other trailers can't. Enjoy meals, games and relaxing at the booth dinette while you take in the breathtaking views of your campsite from the oversized picturesque window. The dinette also turns into a single bed (71" X 30") for a guest or your furry friend. The kitchen provides the essentials you'll need to nourish your outdoor activities so you can cook like you're at home. You can even bring ice cream because this baby has a spacious mini freezer above the 6 cu. ft. fridge. After dinner you can sit outside under the 10' awning with blue LED lighting while watching the sun set and listening to music on the indoor/outside speakers. What makes this camper unique is that for its size is it boasts a dry split bath. It offers a toilet and a shower that are in separate quarters with privacy doors so you can access both at the same time. No need to wait in the bathroom line here. The rv queen size bed has breeze through window design keeps the fresh air circulating while you sleep or snuggle up to read a book. We've added a memory foam mattress pad to keep you catching the zzz's you need for you next adventure. Don't wait, rent today for a romantic couple getaway or a small family adventure.

Recommendations

Thanks for checking out our little camper.

Leigh-Ann is midwest transplant living in Colorado for over 15 years and my husband is a native so together we have visited most of the iconic points of interest in Colorado. If you are looking for any suggestions we are happy to help. Our most favorite place to camp with our RV is next to Gold Medal Water rivers where you can hear the flowing water right next door. Chad is a huge recreational fly fisherman. If you need any recommendations on where to fly fish in Colorado or what to fly to fish with he's your guy for insider information. While you'll find me spending my time hiking, reading, and cooking unless I get the opportunity to SUP or kayak then that's where you'll find me. The rest of our time is spent relaxing while watching our two pups have the time of their lives in the Colorado wildness.

Other things to note

* Towing vehicle capacity will need to be 5,000 lbs of more to tow safely and will need a 2" hitch receiver and 7-pin.
* No smoking
* The camper has some off road capability but as with any off-road vehicle it is limited so using your best judgement is necessary
* No unattended pets left in RV at anytime
* No generator or inverter provided (small car inverter provided)
* Hookup needed for air conditioner/microwave/regular 110 A/C outlets/stove hood fan/outside outlets
* Hookup not needed for indoor+outdoor lights/speakers/hot water/furnace/fridge/freezer/USB plug-ins/awning/bathroom + shower ventilation fans

Meet your host, Leigh-Ann and Chad

Member since 2020

We got an RV to be able to get out and explore all the beautiful places that nature has to offer. After being first time RVer's ourselves and having such great experiences and fun memories we felt like we had to share this with others. So we listed our camper so that we could provide the adventurous spirit and freedom that RVing offers with others. That's how Wander and Wonder Adventures was born.

Leigh-Ann and Chad were great to rent from. The walk through of the camper was thorough and left us feeling confident to hit the road. We had a slight hiccup related to power as we rented a smaller generator than needed (we rented a 2000watt where a 3500watt is needed to properly run the larger items when not on shore power) but they were very accommodating and responsive when the issue arose. The setup of the camper was easy as they provided everything you could need for a proper setup and the bed was much more comfortable than I expected. Overall, a great experience with a great camper and great renters.

Leigh-Ann and Chad were fantastic! This RV was sooo clean it was great! There was plenty of cleaning products to use as I went along as well as the basic cookware and silverware items (I did bring along a larger cook pan - but I really only used the burner in the RV to make coffee). The bed was super comfy (thank you!) and the size seemed perfect for the 2 of us plus our 2 dogs. Leigh-Ann was extremely thorough in her review before we left (and the check lists are so great!) that I felt very prepared and ready to use the RV. The gauges were a little off (but I guess that's an RV thing) when looking at tank levels, but we did not have any issues. The hitch hook up was great and the return process was very easy too. We will certainly rent from Leigh-Ann and Chad in the future. Thank you!

Had such a great experience renting Leigh-Ann and Chad's Wolf Pup. They take extremely good care of the unit and it has lots of thoughtful details and touches. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Leigh-Ann and Chad’s answer

Thank you so much for the review. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. We would be happy to have you again.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.Will I run out of power with the solar?
A.
Generally speaking no. If the panels are in the sun you will have all you need. We have upgraded to 200 watt rooftop solar panels and a double battery bank. This will be able to run the lights, speakers, USB chargers, fridge and freezer. The furnace and hot water heater run on propane. Our guests including ourselves have always had enough power. Given you're not a moth and leave everything light while using every USB charger and leaving the fridge open all day you should be completely fine.

Q.What do I need to pack?
A.
We have the necessary items for cooking, eating and cleaning including outdoor grilling utensils, plus a french press. We supply trash bags, RV toilet paper and paper towels. We have 3 camp chairs, USB fans, car invertor (to charge your laptop, etc.), USB charging flash lights + headlamps. Upon choosing the free "add-on's" with your booking. We will supply bedding and towels. So really you will just have to pack clothes, bath/shower products, food, outdoor adventure gear and that's about it.

Q.What do I need to tow your camper?
A.
You will need a vehicle with a 5,000 lb + towing capacity with a tow package including a 2" receiver and a 7-pin. We're able to provide the appropriate ball mount for your 2" receiver. Not all vehicles with tow packages come with a brake controller. We also have a blue tooth brake controller if you need it. This helps you adjust the sensitivity of the trailer brakes while driving, especially helpful in the mountains. Trailers over 3,000 lbs are typically required by state to have one.

Q.Why can't I tow a 2,884 lb trailer with a 3,500 lb towing capacity vehicle?
A.
Our trailer has a 2,884lb dry weight. That weight is without anything packed inside the trailer. The gross vehicle weight is 3,900lbs that's with it all packed, ready to go. For example just a full fresh tank adds about 250lbs to the dry weight. It's recommended when towing to keep the total trailer weight around 80% of the vehicle's maximum towing capacity. This makes sure you don't cause damage to your vehicle, have difficulty towing the trailer or increase the potential for accidents.
