Whether choosing the Standard Package, Value Package, or Works Package the RV is to be returned full of fuel. You will be charged an additional fee if we fill the fuel for you. Pricing and options can be found on our website. All unscheduled late returns will be subject to a $500 late fee.
There is no refund of your payment if you cancel your reservation. For any cancellation, your account will be credited the amount you have paid and will be valid toward a future reservation for up to 12 months following your cancellation.

With the “Value Package,” we clean the inside and outside, dump and rinse the holding tanks and fill the propane for you upon returning the coach. If you do not choose a package, the coach is to be returned as you received it – clean inside and out, propane filled and the holding tanks dumped.
All rentals are due back on the return day between 8:30 -11:00 am. If you are unable to return by 11:00 am, we offer a Late Return option that extends the return time to 2:00 pm. This is based on availability and must be selected and paid for prior to your rental pickup. If you need to return later than 2:00 pm, you will need to extend your rental by another day.
