All life's worries will just roll off your back when you roll up in this fully-appointed bird.It's the ideal floorplan for the modern family, with everything you need. Includes an entire bunkhouse in the back for kids (with slide-out for extra room) with smart TV+DVD for those rainy days.Adulting takes place in the tastefully decorated apartment-style front, with smart TV/DVD, which swivels from living room to bedroom, where there's an upgraded pillowtop Queen bed. Go to bed to the sounds of nature outside, or binge-watch Yellowstone & just imagine roughing it. Your call.What's includedQueen bedroom:
Upgraded RV Queen with linens (sheets), TV, closets, storage, USB plugs on nightstands, etc.Kitchen:
-Fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware & cups, plates, & utensils for both adults and ducklings. We cook a lot, so if you need it, we probably have it.
-Dual sink with sprayer, gas stove with oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, storage.
-Toaster and coffee maker, trash can and liners
-All purpose cleaner with paper towels (2 rolls) and a broom and dustpan are also provided.Living area/dinette:
-Love seat folds out to sleeper (sleeps 1 or 2 cozily). U-shaped dinette folds down to sleep 2, with plenty of storage under the seats.

Jimmy was very helpful and patient. He walked me through the entire setup process, as I haven’t been in a camper since I was little. The camper was very spacious and smells brand new. Definitely recommend the propane fire pit as an add on! Our family absolutely loved our trip with this camper and we were sad to see it go!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I generally have a pretty full schedule, with work and kids and all that fun stuff. So it's not that easy for me to drop off and pick up, but it can't hurt to ask - I may have flexibility. I'm very close to Cherry Creek State Park, so if that's where you're camping, let me know.
Q.Why don't you have many reviews?

I'm a superhost on Airbnb with a 4.9 star-rated townhome listed for the past 6 years, and know the importance of reviews. I recently decided to rent my RV here, so I just don't have many reviews yet.
