Whether choosing the Standard Package, Value Package, or Works Package the RV is to be returned full of fuel. You will be charged an additional fee if we fill the fuel for you. Pricing and options can be found on our website. All unscheduled late returns will be subject to a $500 late fee.

Burning Man Fee
We do allow “specific units” from our motorhome rental fleet to go to Burning Man with special pricing and restrictions. This fee is in addition to the normal rental pricing.

All rentals are due back on the return day between 8:30 -11:00 am. If you are unable to return by 11:00 am, we offer a Late Return option that extends the return time to 4:00 pm. This is based on availability and must be selected and paid for prior to your rental pickup. If you need to return later than 4:00 pm, you will need to extend your rental by another day.
