Frequently asked questions

Q.

What do I need in order to tow this trailer?

A.

You will need a vehicle with a tow capacity of 3000 or more and a 7-pin connection. For off-grid RVing, we recommend filling the water tanks near your final destination to reduce the tow weight by 700 lbs. It's also a good idea to open the water valve the night before your return to reduce the two weight home.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the fridge?

A.

- The fridge is 12V and runs off of the battery. Typically the solar panel can handle the load, but if you are off-grid you'll want to run the generator when the battery indicator is low. - We recommend turning the fridge on high using the dial inside the fridge a day before you're trip so it's nice and cold. - If you need to turn off the fridge for any reason turn the dial to zero.

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the AC / Heater?

A.

- The AC will only run with an electrical hookup or while the generator is running. - While packing you connect the power to your home and run the AC. - To change the settings push the button on the thermostat and turn the dial to the desired setting. - This thermostat can switch between heat and cool without you manually changing it. - If the heat stops working turn the switch on the front of the trailer to change which propane tank is beinging used. Also, ensure the tank is open.

Q.

Do you have a Tow hitch available?

A.

We have two different tow hitches available. One with sway control and weight distribution and a standard one. If you are using your hitch you will need a 2 5/16" ball or you can use one of ours.

We’ve always had a deep love for camping and music festivals. But over the years, the charm of tent camping began to wear thin. So, we finally took the leap and invested in an RV—something that offers both comfort and adventure. As renters, we haven’t had the freedom to fully personalize our living space, so the RV also became our canvas—a place where we could truly make it our own. We're so excited to share this journey and the space we've created with you.
