5.0The communication with Alyssa was excellent! We arranged a drop off and pick up time and they were prompt. I never worried or stressed out that they might not come like I have with other rentals. The unit was very nice and they were very thorough in explaining everything.

If you are unaware how to setup the camper's electric, water and sewage, please reach out and we can schedule a hands on explanation on the day of your pickup of the trailer.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Typically pick up is after 3pm and drop off is in the same time frame. However, time for pickup and drop off may be flexible, please reach out with any inquiries!

Can I have the camper delivered somewhere that isn't a campground?
A.
Yes! We can deliver to private properties and music festivals, etc. Please keep in mind that we will need adequate space to park it (level, dry/hard parking area), you will need to think about water access and electricity access as well. Reach out with any additional questions!

Are you available if renters have questions or need assistance?
A.
I am available via messages in the app or via phone. Depending on location of rental, I may not be physically available if you have issues with setup so please be sure you ask questions ahead of time and know the setup well.
