2021 Dutchmen Kodiak
This towable RV is the Kodiak Ultra-Lite 248Bhsl (Bunkhouse) with one slide. This RV is towable with any ½ ton truck or full-size SUV. The weight is 5320lbs and length is 28’11”. I will provide a 2 5/16 ball hitch or weight distribution hitch. 7 pin wiring harness and brake controller are required.Bunks are full size double bunks which can easily sleep two children each. U-shaped dinette can fold down into another full-size bed and adults can enjoy a full-size queen mattress with memory foam topper and a door to their own bedroom. Inside you will find a large 12v/120v refrigerator, 3 burner gas cooktop with oven, stainless steel farm sink, 40inch smart TV, and indoor/outdoor Bluetooth stereo system. This is a 30amp RV with AC and Heat.Outside you will find an outdoor refrigerator with an attachable flat top griddle and a 20ft power awning, pass through storage on the front, and dual propane tanks. This was our first time to rent and I am quite certain we will never have a better experience. The owner was incredible. He had it ready for us and gave us a thorough demonstration of the trailer and everything he provides. During the trip we touched base with him and he was very responsive. It has literally everything you need, including tools for potential problems. The trailer was immaculate and we had zero issues on our journey to the Dakotas. The distribution hitch is a must and my 5.7 Hemi Ram 1500 had no problems pulling the trailer. We will most certainly be renting this trailer again if possible and can’t speak highly enough of the owner.
