25 ft. long

The "Yodeling Goat" is our baby. She is a like-new 2014 Itasca Navion with very low miles. The turbo-charged diesel engine drives similar to a full-size pickup truck, you would not guess that she is 25 feet long when driving or maneuvering. She has a tight turning radius and gets great gas mileage (16-22 mpg). She is the perfect balance between the inside space of a RV and much easier to manage than a “normal” Class C RV.There are 4 seat belts available. 2 in the leather front seats and 2 on the leather middle couch. The middle couch has a slide out for when parked to give extra room. There are spots for 2 dinette tables when the slide is out (one by the couch and one by the front seats). The rear seating area/bed converts into a large seating area for family fun.The rear sitting area converts into a king size bed (74x87) or 2 twin beds. It is huge and can easily accommodate 2-4 people (depending on size). The front sofa converts into a Full/Double bed (48x74). The conversions are quite simple and can be done in only a few minutes. The luxury kitchen is outfitted with a dual gas burner stove, stainless double sink, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, backsplash, and plenty of counter/storage space. The kitchen will come stocked with place settings, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Here is a partial list of the main amenities
- Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis w/ TurboDiesel engine
- Strong Heater and cold A/C
- 2 LCD TV’s
- 2 stereos with internal/external speakers
- Power Awning w/ LED lights

- Rear view backup system
We make sure the RV is cleaned, stocked, and all fuel tanks are ready to go. You will have our direct cell numbers if there are any questions or issues while you are on the road. We don’t want to take your attention away from the magic, but know we are there to solve any problems quickly. What's includedWe include kitchen utensils, place settings for 8, pots/pans, and fresh linens/quilts. After booking we will send a list of everything that can be included for you to choose.RecommendationsOur location in the Denver Metro area provides easy access to everything the Rocky Mountain region has to offer. The "Yodeling Goat" loves to spend time in the mountains or parked at one of our many lake camping sites. There is so much to do in the area it is impossible to list everything. Past trips include mountain biking, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and Skiing (both cross-country and Alpine). She also loves heading out of state to nearby places like Moab, Santa Fe, and Yellowstone. We are always looking for suggestions on where else to go!Other things to notePet's are welcome with added security deposit and Pet Fee. Please avoid off-road adventures (we have an off-road trailer for the fully adventurous), festivals, tailgating, and please no smoking of any kind inside the rig.Normal pickup hours are between 3PM and 5PM. Normal return hours are between 9AM and 11AM. Requests outside these times can be accommodated, but please contact us to confirm (we both have full-time jobs but can work out most schedules).

Meet your host, Rod and Josie

Member since 2021

Josie and I reside in Erie, CO and enjoy traveling of all types. I grew up by the beach, Josie grew up in the Colorado mountains so we are blessed to have the best of both worlds! We love summer trips to the mountains for a little mountain biking, winter trips to enjoy a little skiing/snowboarding, and trips to explore all that is near us. Some of our favorites are Moab/Canyon Country, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Yellowstone/Grand Tetons. We are very lucky to live so close to all this adventuring! Ask us any questions about Colorado and our local area! We love to share our region with everyone!
