Trailer: The trailer was fine. It served its purpose. We got lots of compliments on the looks of it. It was just the right size for me and my 6' partner. The mattress was ok, but typical for camping. The supplies that were provided also worked but were just ok. The lifts that held open the back broke on the second to last day and that was frustrating to deal with.Duane was not very professional to deal with. I had messaged him a few times before the trip and it took over a week to get a response. I had also politely requested to see if we could pick it up early as we had to travel 3 hours to our destination. I never heard back until the day of. At around 1:30 pm he let me know he was hustling to clean it up and prep it. At 2:30 he let me know he was waiting for the laundry to be done and it would be at least another hour. At this point, I offered to provide my own sheets in order for us to pick it up on time. He said he would let me know when he was done. We waited 90 minutes to hear from him, and at 4 pm I reached out again. At this point, he said he was about to leave to meet us at a location close to us for drop-off. At 4:30 he arrived. The trailer arrived and he was pleasant and chatty. We discovered that the cord for the lights was too short and that our trailer hitch was about 2" too high, which lead us to have to make a trip to home depot to get supplies. *Check the height of your trailer hitch before you leave, we drive a 2022 Ram Rebel* Once, we arrived at our destination we discovered he did not provide sheets, even though we waited for the laundry to finish, thank goodness we packed some. At dropoff he did not let us know that he would not be home, we discovered this as we let him know we were on our way. His home is down a long narrow side street with no house numbers, we dropped off the trailer and hoped it was at the right location.Overall, the trailer served its purpose but the lack of communication, the delay in our travel time, and the hassle left a foul taste in our mouths.
